Best cheese pizza and buffalo chicken pizza hands down. Never misses! We’ve been getting their pizza for over 10+ years.

Very disappointed. I have always enjoyed the pizza from here but never again. I picked up a few pies and when I got them home someone had a piece from a stainless steel scrubby in their pizza. I called to inform them. I wasn't looking for a freebie or anything just to inform them, they took my information and said a manager would reach out, when a day or two went by I called again and was given the same run around. I could not have been any more polite on the phone but after attempting to reach out to them twice, only looking for an apology, that's why I am posting on here. Thankfully it wasn't one of my small children that had this in their mouth, not that anyone should have a foreign object in their food. It is the complete apathy by management that needs to be addressed here.

Went here with my wife and kids on a whim, ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and a buffalo chicken pizza for myself. Wife got a ham sandwich, honestly everything tasted absolutely amazing. I ate the entire pizza and 2 slices of the cheese, and my wife and kids both loved the buffalo chicken pizza and they DONT like spicy food so it was definitely a win! Loved that it wasnt very busy so I didnt feel bad with the kiddos getting up and playing as much, they had a great time. And we were all able to have a great meal. Pizza crust has a nice crunch to it and no flop, thin, great sauce. Will definitely be coming back!

This is genuinely painful for me to write, because Luna Pizza has been a part of my life for many years, & until recently, I would have recommended them without hesitation.

I’ve been eating Luna pizza since before they were in Glastonbury, back when they were located in West Hartford. I used to drive from Glastonbury to West Hartford just to order their pizza. That’s how much I believed in the quality and care they once delivered.

Tonight, however, was deeply disappointing.

I was invited to my parents’ house for dinner, and my dad suggested ordering from Luna Pizza Glastonbury. As he always does, he specifically asked for the pizza to be soft-baked. The order was repeated back to him, so there was no confusion.

When he got home, the pizza was charcoaled — not just overdone, but burnt to the point it couldn’t be eaten. My parents are almost 80 years old, and for the price we’re paying, this was heartbreaking. They tried, but ultimately couldn’t eat it. The pizza was thrown away, and my mother ended up cooking a frozen pizza instead.

That moment really stayed with me.

What made it even harder to hear was when my dad quietly told me this wasn’t the first time. He said that 8 out of their last 12 orders have had the same issue, burnt pizzas, again and again. When I asked why he hadn’t called to complain, he simply said he didn’t want to bother anyone or make a fuss.

That shouldn’t be how loyal customers feel.

Luna built its reputation on quality, consistency, and care. Seeing long-time customers quietly accept disappointment — especially elderly customers — is troubling. This isn’t about a single bad night; it feels like a pattern that needs attention.

I’m writing this not out of anger, but out of genuine sadness and hope. I want to continue supporting Luna the way I always have. I want to feel confident ordering here again. But that means listening, slowing down, & taking care with every order, especially when customers clearly communicate what they need.

I truly hope this is taken to heart.

Warm regards,

I never complain about restaurants but this deserves it , we waited an hour and a half for a thin crust pizza the service was absolutely terrible and the place was not even overly busy or packed . The appetizers which we got were mozzarella sticks and meatballs were 👎 for 5 frozen mozzarella sticks sticks definitely aren’t worth what we paid and the meatball which there were two and they were not very big were mediocre at best we had to find the girl to ask if we could put our order in asked for bread never got any , couldn’t even get a pen with the check . just everything about this place was a letdown

Not comparable to west hartford. How could the one in west Hartfors be soon incredible a d this one miss the mark by mile. Saddest nachos I've ever seen and a buffalo chicken pizza that has zero buffalo sauce. So dry it wasn't edible. I go to west hartdford at least twice a month from 30 minutes away but you never see me in Glastonbury again.

Not going to find many better places than this spot, I remember their original location on Franklin Ave, and meeting the New Yorker that brought his pizza concept to CT, and it's great, unfortunately their pricing themselves out of the five star

Very disappointing with the antipasto salad that was $17.

We get a large white pizza with hamburger and that was absolutely delicious.

Overall, just an average pizza shop menu was very limited.

If you order food and they give you the wrong food they still charge you for it. Will never go back. I guess the manager said you still have to pay even though they messed up. Not good. Do better.

I had a to go order placed - I am a regular customer. The order was a pizza, mozzarella sticks and a ceasar salad. Luna had me wait 15 minutes longer than they indicated and when I got home, there were two orders of mozzarella sticks and no salad. I called - no apology, and I asked them to take the mozzarella sticks and salad off my bill - manager came back and said no - they’d take the salad off. This is after years as a customer and their screw up - so I have a cold pizza and mozz sticks I don’t need and no salad and basically no compensation for the trouble - won’t be back

Consistently great pizza. Limited menu but all that you need for an enjoyable pizza night out. Salads are excellent and good garlic bread. Bar options are also very solid. Check them out next time you’re in Glastonbury.
