The chicken nuggets looked and tasted like they were re-fried leftovers - dark brown, soaked in oil, and served cold. I returned them, hoping for a fresh batch, but was given what felt like the same nuggets again just warmed up this time. I expected better quality and service. Sadly, this visit only earns a 2-star rating from me.

McDonald's Drive-Thru Disappointment My recent drive-thru visit to this McDonald's was quite unpleasant. There was a distinct smell of marijuana as I approached the window, which was frankly off-putting and unprofessional. The service I received felt lackluster and disengaged, making for a disappointing overall experience.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous over 20 minutes for a basic order, and the food was cold when it finally came out. The service is completely disorganized and careless. This is supposed to be fast food, but there’s nothing fast or fresh about it. I can’t even imagine how bad the drive thru must be. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The wait time for getting your food keeps getting worse and worse. I ordered a soda med fry and a mcdouble and it took them 40 MINUTES to make it. I ordered on the app ahead of time if I knew how long it would take I would've never ordered. This was the last straw I'm never coming back again.
Ordered 1 breakfast meal (sausage egg cheese McGriddle meal) and 1 sandwich (steak egg cheese) and both items were wrong. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru at the third window because they had me pull up. $17 for none of what I ordered. And at a non-peak time. Like hello??? Do better.

They say 24 hours but they close for about 2 hours at four am. Just a heads up bc I think you shouldn’t be “open” if you’re not open.

Jeremy is the best. Very sweet and kind attentive. Best McDonald’s around! Customer service is always the best at this location. Any time I’ve had an issue with my meal, it would be resolved no problems. That’s what great customer service is about.

I stopped here Friday 3/14/25 around 730.This might be the world's worst McDonald's. Waited over 15 min for food only for my food to be wrong.(I just took it, didn't want to bother to have it corrected as one girl working the fries was complaining about having to make them) Another guest, was there 30 min for 2 happy meals. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. Out of all of the staff, only one was really trying to correct the short comings of this place. That kid was really trying. However, I'll never come back here again. Close this location because it's a complete dumpster fire.
