Ordered 1 breakfast meal (sausage egg cheese McGriddle meal) and 1 sandwich (steak egg cheese) and both items were wrong. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru at the third window because they had me pull up. $17 for none of what I ordered. And at a non-peak time. Like hello??? Do better.

Jeremy is the best. Very sweet and kind attentive. Best McDonald’s around! Customer service is always the best at this location. Any time I’ve had an issue with my meal, it would be resolved no problems. That’s what great customer service is about.

I stopped here Friday 3/14/25 around 730.This might be the world's worst McDonald's. Waited over 15 min for food only for my food to be wrong.(I just took it, didn't want to bother to have it corrected as one girl working the fries was complaining about having to make them) Another guest, was there 30 min for 2 happy meals. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. Out of all of the staff, only one was really trying to correct the short comings of this place. That kid was really trying. However, I'll never come back here again. Close this location because it's a complete dumpster fire.

The food is always cold and the order is always wrong they need to fire the whole store including managers their is no reason price of food is high here but yet we get cold dry and burnt food. It's everytime it never fails sometimes I rather drive to Manchester to order food then eat in this he'll hole that can't even serve fresh food yet alone the orders correctly. McDonald's need to close this store completely down with the way they serving cold dry and probably food that's definitely not fresh what so ever

everytime i come here it’s a terrible experience. i understand that mcdonald’s is a high in demand fast food place but god damn this is ridiculous. it’s not rocket science guys.

Left this location about half an hour ago. Ordered one drink, a caramel frappe. Ordered it with no whip-cream; add Oreo. Of course the employee then proceeds to hand me a frappe with whip-cream, so i point the error out to him. He takes the whip-cream out, and hands my drink back partially empty. Without the whip-cream this time, and also NO CARAMEL. FFS man what a complicated request. drove 20 minutes home with it sitting in the car just so i could give it to my wife. A better option i thought, than just straight up throwing it in the trash. Of course the cup was also left dirty so i had to go in my house and come back out just to clean the bs mess in the literal freezing cold.
