I ordered 2 Oreo McFlurries around 7pm. All I got was two of half eaten ones. I felt the weight was off. But when I reach home and checked them, there was a hole in the middle and all the Oreo was mixed up. When I tried to compress the whole ice cream in the cup. It was like 1/4 th of the cup. Think they threw some mini one in the large cup and served it. And last time I checked that not how you serve a Oreo McFlurry.

We called ahead of time to make sure that they are still open on Christmas Eve and the girl on the phone said yes until 11pm. We drive alllllll the way there just for them to tell us that they are SEVERELY understaffed and can’t service us at 10:40pm. Is it severely understaffed or you’re about to close in 20 minutes and are refusing to service us?!!! A JOKE!!!!!! The one I spoke to on the intercom was a male worker and I explained to him how we had just called and the lady said until 11pm. Ridiculous to say the least!!!!!
They need to fire this whole entire staff and replace them. 45 minutes in a drive thru line.

Ok. Please, please , please. If I order fries please tell me that there’s a 30 minute wait on my order before I pay for order. Not when I get to the second window. Ok. Now I’m parked, waiting. Watching people get their orders while I wait. Am I to believe that all those people getting food and no fries? Nobody is ordering fries? And when the kid finally comes out, he brings food to the wrong car. How? Person in car goes thru bag, sees it’s not his order, gives it back to the kid. Now the kid is walking to my car with the order. Nope. Refund.

Staff the store during rush hour 🙄 8 pm shouldn't even be rush hour, yet 45+ mins for food on a Monday. As others said, the moment it's busy the place falls apart. Watched 3 people clock out while 5 customers came back in from drive through saying they never got an order. Our orders are regularly wrong, and I had to abandon half my order tonight after almost 50 mins. It's not the employees fault, it's the owner. Hire more people.

Sat through multiple orders taken for the other drive through lane - tried to give feedback about how I sat in an unattended lane but they were completely indifferent when I backed up and explained what happened.

Service extremely slow. We had kids waiting 30 minutes for a happy meal. After two conversations with the manager he brought us the wrong order. We gave up hope the manager would get it sorted out and cancelled the original order of two happy meals and got a refund. Instead we ordered a simple six mcnuggets because the kids were hungry. We looked at our receipt and saw we waited 30 minutes We'll never come here again. Staff seemed very confused and moving slowly.
