After 40 years and this McDonald's still hasn't figured out how to get people in and out faster??? While the food was hot, the service left a a lot to be desired. Is it that difficult for somebody to say thank you, have a nice day or here, you're all set? SMH.

These 5 stars are exclusively for Jeremy, who keeps this McDonalds the cleanest McDonald’s ive ever been to. He is on TOP of cleaning tables and the soda machines. And is super quick to grab anything you might need like extra sauce or salt packets. He definitely deserves his employee of the month title!
Food can be hit or miss but as far as McDonald’s go, this is probably the fastest and cleanest one I’ve been to in CT so far.

Jeremy is the best. Very sweet and kind attentive. Best McDonald’s around! Customer service is always the best at this location. Any time I’ve had an issue with my meal, it would be resolved no problems. That’s what great customer service is about.
