sushi is good not great almost hour wait and more than hour before food was served.
Love the food and environment here, very hidden gem minutes from the capitol.

Min Ghung, now Shokudo Sake Bar, is a sushi place located in the basement with clear signs for easy finding. The parking is ample, so there is no need to worry about parking. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly, although it can be a bit slow during busy days. The food is delicious, with good quality seafood, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff consistently goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome, and the place is very clean and well-maintained. The restaurant offers a great selection of rolls, which are fresh and flavorful, and their nigiri and sashimi are of excellent quality. The house sake is a good deal, and their cocktails are very good. There are private rooms available to accommodate larger groups, making it a great space to bring friends and family. Although some experienced slow food delivery at times, the food is always hot and fresh, and the atmosphere makes it feel like being in Japan. Overall, Min Ghung provides outstanding customer service and a pleasant dining experience.
