The staff here is so kind — they gave me a free dessert just because my food took a little long! So nice

My family and I order here often when we want something quick and easy to get for dinner! The food is amazing, always comes piping hot and makes it perfect because by the time you get home it’s ready to eat!We only really do pick-up so we don’t have that face-to-face interaction with staff, nor do we know what the atmosphere is like so I can’t judge that one truthfully!

I usually like the food and service here. However my last experience was terrible. The cashier/manager was extremely rude, borderline slight racist. My son ordered his food, then I needed a minute to decide so she was clearly annoyed with the time I was taking to order. There was nobody behind me so I couldn't understand what the problem was. I asked if the tofu was cooked versus raw and she looked at me as if I had 3 heads. Some restaurants do not cook their tofu for some dishes,so I thought it was a fair question to ask. She kept asking "is that all" almost like in an intimidating manor to rush me. Once again nobody was in line behind me. I saw there was impossible nuggets so I changed it to that instead. I paid with cash but the bill had a little rip at the end,she said she wasn't sure if she could accept the bill being ripped. Then changed her mind and said she couldn't accept the bill ripped. Also letting me know that the banks would give them a hard time. I asked for a manager when she then let me know she is also the manager. I've been in banking for several years and know for certain that the bill would be accepted with no problem. It was more than 3/4 and had all serial numbers showing. She was extremely rude and I felt embarrassed at this point. I asked her if it's a problem I'd take my money back and business elsewhere. Her and the cooked were talking under their breath, which made the situation very uncomfortable. I'm not sure how this establishment is run,but I'm sure the owners wouldn't take kindly to negative reviews.

Came here after climbing at Central Rock Gym with my son (he is 6). He isn’t a picky eater but a lot of places he does not like their Mac and cheese but he devoured the kids Mac and Cheese. I try to make ethical choices with my food and strive to only give companies my money who also seek to put the environment and animal welfare before profits. While I would prefer that everyone stop eating meat I recognize that no one is perfect and at the least having ethical standards for animal treatment before they are slaughtered is a step in the right direction. Kudos to Noodle and Company for leading by example.Vegetarian options: They offer tofu and impossible chicken. Many of the noodles are made without egg so you can get vegan dishes here too

They have mice running around the kitchen. Staff is rude especially management. They could care less about your concerns. Staff doesn't wear gloves to touch raw meat then touches your noodles with it . At the end of the night they give out chicken that's been sitting out for a while so they can close early and go home. But that's what you get when you hire a bunch of high schoolers and don't train them very well. They've also gotten complaints that their children have gotten stomach ache from eating here. Be careful when ordering from here!

I have never been to a noodles and company before. I was in the area. It was looking for something quick to eat for lunch. I decided to give it a try looking at the diverse pasta menu. I was interested in the penne, Rosa due to having vegetables in it. It has a "spicy sauce ". I asked the lovely worker at the register. How spicy is it? she couldn't answer and then asked if I would like to taste the sauce? I answered yes and think it. She walked away for a little while unknown to me what she was doing. She returned with her small plate of the sauce, mixed in with penne. She did that I wouldn't taste so good the sauces without the pasta. Wow.! She went in the back and just cooked up the small tasting portion so I can taste the sauce. It was delicious. However, would be too spicy for me the whole bowl of it. She stated that they can mix part marinara sauce, to tone it down. Overall it was delicious. Still a little too spicy for me but I'm glad I ordered it. I consider myself a sauce snob. I do not order things unless I know that the sauce is good. I'm pretty amazed that a quick service restaurant sauce was really good. You go to the register and place your order. When eating in, you sit at the table and they bring it out to you. This employee Desiree was amazing. Thank you !!!

Get takeout here quite a lot. My wife likes it for dietary reasons and they have decent food. Salads are very good usually. I like the people working there and have never had them be anything but nice. BUT the last 6 months or so most of the time they mess up the order either leaving ingredients out or leaving the containers half full. They aren't cheap and while it is good when done right it seems that only rarely happens. I am going to have to tell my wife that when we get takeout I'll get mine somewhere else.

ordered on-line by choosing the "delivery" button - the order included two cokes. I received two empty cups. Called the store and they will not deliver the cokes nor will they refund me any money. "Best" they could do is give me 2 free cokes next time I'm in their store. Said I needed to contact door dash - no where on the website is doordash mentioned. I did not hire door dash (Noodles and Co. did) nor was I aware that they were even involvedWOW!

Didn't want to share a photo of my empty bowl ???
