Panera Bread Reviews
The tables, booths and floors are filthy! My husband used the Men’s room and he was so grossed-out that he made a complaint to the Manager! “Oh is it that bad” Looks like it has not been cleaned in months!!
Set-up is disorganized and uncomfortable!
I like coming to this Cafe, atmosphere feels great tho staff on service could be better, I wish service side could work in teams instead of separate. I always see the skinny guy I think his name is angel or Alex one of the two literally all over the place trying to make sure the flow keeps moving based on that the tall black guy at the register can be more productive rather than being on the phone or playing music while on the phone, does not look good for the cafe management...read full review
Food was terrible…Mac and cheese was not as pictured, it wax on a soup bowl, and more liquid cheese with some Mac thrown in. We also ordered the we onion soup which was Luke warm and the worst was the chicken sandwich, grilled but not even warm…chix-fe-la puts them to shame…I tried calling at off hours to complain but no one picked up…very poor experience all the way !

Panera Bread is a popular spot known for its quick service and comfortable seating. Customers enjoy the "you-got-two" meal. While parking can be a bit challenging, many appreciate the better spaces that require a short walk. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, although some customers feel the staff could improve by working together and that cleanliness at the tables could be better. Vegetarian options are desired.
Many find the food good, but some think it is expensive since there is no table service. Customers order either online or in person, and if dining in, they should be prepared to clean their own tables. Despite some issues, like missing ingredients in meals, the chef addresses concerns when raised. Overall, Panera Bread remains a convenient choice for a quick meal, with customers enjoying items like bagels and pastries.
