I used to frequent this location a few years ago and never had any issues. Today I went in and ordered a coffee at the kiosk. I waited over 20 minutes and my cup never came out. I stood in line at the bakery area and asked a staff member what I should do as I placed the order but did not see my name up on the screen. He said to go back and wait. I waited another 5 minutes or so, and I let another staff member behind the counter know that I was just waiting for a cup. They did not help me either and multiple people who arrived after me were already being served. I was frustrated as I already paid and had my receipt. Other staff members were idle in the bakery area unwilling to help. I had to leave after almost 30 mins of waiting and nobody willing to help. I called customer service and they offered me a refund of the exact amount and it will take up to 30 days unless I want store credit I said no thanks I wont be returning.

Was going to brides to be for a fitting and arrived early and saw there was Panera bread close by. Came in, like every other Paneras, They have a Kiosk to order yourself, yummy pastries to chose from, people hustling and bustling behind the counter with all the orders. Not as cleanly the tables but wasn't a bad location. Went to table, waited for my buzzer to go off, wiped off the dirty table, went up and got my food, ate my bagel, didnt have any issues. Bagel was toasted perfectly with butter packets. No complaints

Food is good but expensive considering that there is no table service. You order either online or in person to pick up or eat in the restaurant. If you eat in be prepared to clean your own table

I usually enjoy Panera, but had a negative experience in Glastonbury. There was a serious supply problem: out of strawberries, pineapple, red onions, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, (and maybe more). The acting manager/supervisor didn't seem to care or even apologize. Every order we made had to be changed, have substitute ingredients, or we did without those elements. To top it off, the dining room was dingy, and the restrooms were filthy. Hopefully this experience is not representative of the direction of Panera, and that it's just a local issue that needs some serious attention.

I stopped in for a cuppa coffee and a quick egg sandwich. My sandwich had missing ingredients. The chef added them when I told her. For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed. I won't be back too soon

I like Panera bread but this location is disgusting. It took 20 minutes to get my order. The food was fine but it just looked dirty inside. My plate was dirty. White substance all over it. The tables were mostly dirty. Bathroom was terrible. Just disappointed because I usually like Panera bread. I feel gross and it’s now an hour later.

This location is great, especially for catering orders. During the busiest hours the manager is in the thick of it making sure things are running smoothly. The staff have always been polite. Thank you, Panera G'Bury!

Probably the worst Panera bread I’ve been too. They make your order completely wrong and give you a completely different sandwich. Then don’t even tell you so you go home to a sandwich you didn’t want or ask for. You work all week, you spend hard earned money on food to fill your stomach and then they don’t even answer their phone after I call 10 times. I’m very dissapointed and dissatisfied. I’m going to take a drive back out to figure out what to do about this situation. UPDATE: I went in and was sat there sitting for a solid 20-25 minutes with no help or resolution on the situation. Enjoy the $15, and thanks for screwing me over tn. I do know things can happen but calling 20 times to try and resolve the issue before leaving home to come in and try to correct it in person and to still not receive help is outrageous and poor management.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Hubby picked it up. Got to me and no chicken on it. Just lettuce, tomatoes and a ton of green sauce. Called them to let them know so they can make it right and when "transferring me to a manager", they put me into voicemail! I left a detailed message and still no call back. I ate a couple of bites and that was it because I didn't want a lettuce and sauce sandwich! But, I was hungry. I chose them out of my numerous options and they absolutely disappointed in every way...food and especially customer service. I wonder how often they do that. Not good business at all.

Have been dining at Panera since it arrived in Glastonbury. Early on the quality of the food, especially the bakery was very good. Of late, the quality is not good; the sandwiches are sparse; ordered capers and the mozzarella was the size of a half dollar. We rarely order but find it very frustrating not to be able to call in with an order to be picked up. As it turns out, our order was mostly correct on the confirming email but we did not end up with two of the items. The customer service has always been sketchy but not to be able to speak with someone directly is unacceptable.

Another location of Panera gone bad, the place looks like nobody ever cleaned, no matter what you order, it seems like they find the way to really mess up your order, and most of the time they forget to fill the coffee containers and you to ask then you to wait for someone to bring a full container out.
