I like the food but they keep canceling my uber eats order 5 minutes after accepting the order ( so it’s not like they were unable to find a driver ) .This has happened multiple times on different days. I don’t recommend using food delivery service for this place. They shouldn’t be on uber eats if they are not going to fulfill orders.

Bulgogi here was very salty and the staff was miserable to be there. The same staff who took my order and gave me food came up to me to the parking lot and said i didn't pay for the food. I picked up the receipt from the trash and showed it to her. Didn't even apologize. Don't ruin your day here and go somewhere else.

The bulgogi was salty, as if it had been poured with salt, and the staff was very unfriendly. I ate roughly and left, but suddenly he chased me out to the parking lot and didn't pay. This is the same employee who personally took the order and handed over the food. I picked up the receipt I threw in the trash and showed it to them, but they didn't even say sorry.

My family & i absolutely love this place. The workers are so caring and everything’s always made perfectly. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, it’s so so good!!

I’ve been coming here for the last three weeks on Wednesdays and Fridays. I wish I could give more stars. The Korean fried chicken is the best I’ve ever had. Every time I go in there, I’m treated like family

I was standing there for 5 minutes and no one gave me the time of day. I used to absolutely love this place but their new staff sucks. One of them was making to go orders and on the phone. They didn’t have their screens on even though they were open and had barely any lights on. There were other employees in the back and no one came up to take my order. An employee walked in after they were already open and didn’t give me the time of day either. I ended up leaving and getting el pollo guapo instead and had a much better experience.

I have enjoyed eating at Pick and Mix in West Hartford for years, so when I found there was a Glastonbury location I expected the same level of quality and service, sadly it was not.

1. Staff was discourteous, kept me waiting 5 mins after walking in, while they were engaging in a loud argument in the back. They then proceeded to continue the argument in front of me as one of the two staff was taking my order.
2. The store was very dim and ill maintained.
3. The food was terrible, rice was chalky and clumpy, Korean beef was a ground pasty greasy mess, not at all like the photo on the menu.
4. I suffered from gastrointestinal distress within a couple hours of consuming the food.

I will not be returning to this location.

I used to love this place but the people that work there right now are so terrible. They constantly mess up orders and are completely unprofessional. Not kidding, possibly high. The last experience is the last straw. We ordered 4 bowls and 2 needed to be gluten free. They messed up the ingredients and made them all the same (they weren’t supposed to be) so we can’t tell which ones are gluten free. When I called, the person who answered with “hello” (I thought I had the wrong number) told me that I ordered something completely different and was talking in circles. I couldn’t even get a rational response.

Ordered dinner, beef dumplings soup, tteokbokki, side of rice and kimchi. Their preparation time was not bad, the serving size was alrigh; however; their food was bad. I heard the microwave in the back going off a couple of times. Their dumplings, and Tteokbokki are definitely frozen, they tasted bad, the broth/ soup was greasy the dumplings fell apart, definitely not worth the 32$ that I paid. Kimchi was way too salty compared to the authentic korean kimchi. The rice was ok but they scooped it out of a rice maker right infront of me. I will definitely not go back there.

Charges extra for hot plate, bibimbap didn't taste right. Sauces weren't well incorporated.
