Our bartender Jeff was absolutely amazing made our whole experience, Great service, great drinks great attitude and should be commended. But sitting next to the service area listening to the waiter TJ, it was very disturbing to listening to his attitude and the way he addressed other people.

Went there today with my son for lunch order 2 meals both cheese burgers with fries one with a salad my sons burger was sloppy looking it fell apart..nasty he only ate half..mines was the cheese burger with bacon onions the put to much onions it tasted terrible not what we expected for this place.. service was so so.. they need to improved!!

I'm from TX and this is my first time in CT. My boyfriend has always raved about the burger salad and he wasnt wrong it was really tasty! He replaced the tots with fries which was a good choice! The bowl it was served in is a little small so when you mix it up, you lose some of the fries. I got the chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun (also a good choice). The chicken was a bit dry but the chipotle aioli made up for it. The aioli was delicious! My boyfriend got a beer and I got a cider and WARNING the tap is not ice cold! All in it was tasty but I wouldnt get a tap drink again. The restaurant atmosphere is nice. We sat at the bar and it has a couple TVs for the games. Bartender was friendly and helpful with choosing from the menu.

Although our server TJ was amazing and he did his best to make the experience good the manager that was on was dreadful. He was taking shots, smoking vapes from customers, and abonoxiously loud cussing across the room. He allowed an extremely intoxicated woman to grope one of his employees even though he expressed his discomfort and he also continued to serve this woman drinks when you could clearly see she did not need any as soon as she walked in. I expressed my concerns about this woman and he tried to plead his case as into why. Overall I don't understand how he is management.

I ordered a Philly cheese burger. It tasted like a pub cheese burger. Gross. But instead of bread you get a bowl of pickles!! Loved that

Mediocre bar food, long wait time to place order and get check.
My wife went with a friend and had the burger salad, after 20 min we finally got service and when the food arrived she was so disappointed the burger had been pearched on top of the salad and was left to sit so all the greens were soaked in burger oils. To find the salad toppings she had to dig into the oily greens and found them at the bottom of course soaked in oil. When informing the manager he was very unprofessional and extremely rude and just kept saying I do not understand I do not understand and tried to accuse my wife of eating it when it was all still on the plate. The only saving grace was he didn't charge for it. Avoid this place until they sort the chief and the manager out.

During a recent situation and other situations with a wrong order manager Fabian Garcia when you asked to speak to him about a concern of your order he tends to respond more focused on defending the situation rather than acknowledging the potential mistake . This made it challenging to have a constructive conversation or move on with mutual understanding. I believe accountability and openness to feedback are critical traits of leadership, and I would appreciate seeing more of that in future interactions.

The quality of food and drink remains top level, but the change in hours on Mondays has been terrible. Plan B used to be the perfect spot for late night food and drink, but the kitchen closes earlier now and it's not the same. Bring back the old hours!

I love Plan B and have been a long time customer. Not sure what’s happened over the past year or so- it went from our go-to spot for late night drinks and dinner on Sundays and Mondays to a DNR. Food and staff are great - such a shame that management seems to not want to make money. Unfortunately have had to find a new spot. Hopefully they reconsider.
