Been coming for years... usually very good... last two times have been crap. This time I ordered the mini cheese burgers. Something seemed off....buns seemed stale... now I have food poisoning. Gee. I wonder how that happened.
The meat was rancid. In hindsight that's why it tasted off.
Update -September 2024
I got the same mini cheese burgers while pregnant... they were totally raw in the middle. I am pregnant and couldn't eat them and unfortunately ordered them through door dash. Sent a picture of the burgers to their guest relations email address... no response.
I find it interesting that the owner here only responds to happy customers and ignores the ones of people who were screwed.
Will not be returning.

My food was inexplicably stuck in the same bag as another customer with the same first name, with none of it labeled, so both of us had to return to the restaurant so the kitchen could sort our orders out. The food itself was great.

Been to this location several times. Service is good, area is nice, outdoor seating is a plus. My issue is that the only consistent thing is their tendency to serve raw burgers. On 2 occasions I received a burger that was raw in the middle. We're talking raw, not "some pink" or even rare, raw. Yet other burgers that have come out are nearing hockey puck status. It's unfortunate because I have also had some decent meals otherwise. Maybe it's just this location, because I've been to other Plan B spots and didn't experience the same.

Gbury Plan B has a good atmosphere, good service, and really good food.
Great prices , great service and the food is delicious ?. And another thing they have and I like it ; is the WiFi. I love the design of the place , very classic and rustic. I recommend it ?

Came in at 4:30 on Saturday 17th august . Manager sat us down and said waiter has a big group that she is serving and will be with you shortly. Waited 20 minutes no service and no one came to take our order. Bad management on the manager’s part. Should not have assigned us to a waiter he knew was busy.

On my second visit to the establishment, I arrived just before closing time after an extensive search for a venue geared towards a mature clientele and offering high-quality beverages in the Hartford area and its surroundings. The ambiance was satisfactory, the drink met expectations, and the music was adequate. The crowd was diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds. I might consider returning, particularly if I find myself in a similar last-minute situation and unable to locate a comparable venue, as has been the case on previous occasions.
