Made a reservation and specifically asked about tables on the roof top and was not told it was a 10$ cash charge and they didn't have a atm in the building.

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Supposed to be a nice birthday celebration for my girlfriend, but was almost ruined by a passive aggressive manager and a barely available server. Made reservations to be seated outside on the rooftop, but my reservation was not honored, and other people had the same issue, apparently they let anyone sit outside and you don't need a reservation, first come first serve is what i was told and that the reservations are only for the inside which makes no sense because people go to Rooftop120 to be seated in the rooftop area. Waited almost a hour for 2 cocktails while we watch others who order after us get their drinks before us. We were given water to drink in cups off some random table with watermarks and lip prints on the cups. After the appetizer, we finally got our drinks almost a hour afterwards. We were told the bar was packed, guess the bar was packed only when we needed our drinks. We finished our drinks then waited until she came back around and asked for the check. She didn't do well at all never asked if we wanted more drinks or anything. Then after the sorry service and experience she tried to slide 20% onto the bill. I always leave a tip because I've work tip based jobs before so I get it, but I just couldn't bring myself to tip especially after almost ruining my girlfriend birthday dinner. We had to go to another restaurant after we left here.

Legend says there’s lots of cougars here. Not found, on a Saturday night. Are they seasonal? Crowd was surprisingly mixed, which is nice. Music.. well another CT 80’s cover band.. ambiance: most everyone staring at a tv. Beer was good, glass was warm.

Cute looking restaurant… terrible drinks, literally tastes like Costco mixer with cheap liquor (not cheap prices). Food is mediocre and that’s being nice. Kind of reminds me of food I might have at a bowling alley. Service was good.

Looking for an experience that is the restaurant equivalent of a lucite hooker heel? Look no further. Enjoy questionable culinary concepts like feta with fish or Old Bay seasoned crunchy calamari while seated on a couch that smells like chlorine. Take in the timeless third floor Glastonbury setting with optional sweeping views of either of two parking lots. Best of all, receive intermittent attention from a ragtag team who were cut from their shifts at Denny's and whose jobs triple as server, kitchen staff, and bouncer. A truly unforgettable Dollar Tree of a restaurant experience.

Went here for dinner and drinks on a Saturday. Food was good, seating area was strange, felt like a hallway. We really wanted the rooftop experience but they close off the dining area for the winter. The bar are is still open and had a band playing. Although we could sit outside the music and drinks still made it good

Amazing first time. I loved everything about this restaurant. The staff is so friendly and attentive, we will be coming back here often. I highly recommend the smashing pumpkin martini.
What was also awesome was the complementary underground garage parking.

I used to love this place!!! Haven't been in quite some time so I decided to go in recently, and after my experience I will not come back ever!!! There were 3 of us. 2 of us sat down at the bar first. The bald white guy nor the female working greeted us!!! In fact he just gave us an ugly stare, no greeting whatsoever!!! He then proceeded to throw 2 menus on the bar in front of us. When I asked for a 3rd menu, he pointed at one of the menus he had already laid down!!! I said there's 3 of us!!! He brought a third menu still not a word from him or the female bartender who kept walking by as welll. We sat for a few minutes, they both continued to act as if we weren't sitting there. Still no greeting.....be right with you....can I get you some drinks.....water anything. Finally, after about 15 minutes of sitting and continually being walked by and ignored, we walked out!!! At that point I didn't want this guy to serve me an ice cube!!! It took every thing in me not to let him have it. As a customer service supervisor.....the last thing I am going to tolerate is HORRIBLE SERVICE from anyone!!! I was totally disgusted with the service we received!!! Oh wait....we never got any service....just a bunch of frowns and ugly stares!!!

I have now given this place two chances and it was dead both times I went in. I came back the second time because I wanted to hear the band that everyone was recommending. The first time I went the bald bartender was extremely rude to customers and especially the bar back/staff that was supporting him. I was really disappointed in seeing the bartender throwing ice at customers that he knows. What happens if someone innocent gets hit like me? How is this appropriate? I was extremely uncomfortable with this behavior. Also, who wants to order a drink, watch the bartender eat broccoli with his hands, to then go and make my drink that got handed to me with pieces of broccoli on the glass? That is beyond disgusting. The second time I went, I saw him get in the bouncers face and the bouncer ended up behind the bar when the bartender finally got the hint to be quiet because it was the per the bands request that he went back there to ask a question. I'm glad the bouncer was level headed and professional to not get into it with him. Shows who is loyal to you and who isn't. I don't think it is wise to mess with any bouncer that looks like he can win any fight he gets into. Also on one of my visits, I was sitting at the bar and overheard the same bald bartender talking about how he hopes the place sells and how he sells real estate... how does that help support your business if he is promoting the selling of the place. I feel like many of your issues would be gone if this unprofessional rude bartender was gone.

The overall service was poor. When the waitress came she immediately asked for a card to put on file. She took our drink order and did not return for 20 minutes. When that time she asked took the order never gave us silverware. We were served warm water and the food was greasy not seasoned and mosquitoes flew around the whole time. The server only showed up to ask us how the food was when it was time to go. And to top it off, she made us wait for another 25 minutes to pay the bill. server. This place over priced and poor service.

Wow. Picture of Airline Chicken deceptive. In reality it's a very small dried up chicken thigh with very little meat. Loaded potato good but $10 extra. Broccoli and tomatoes ok. Probably got $1.50 worth of food for $80 something dollars. Extra....roasted peach and arugula salad. But NO peaches. They subbed orange wedges? Whaaaa?

My experience with manager Kara was poor/below standard. Dissatisfied by lack of communication between server and manager. When our party addressed our issue and complaint with management she was very arrogant and frustrated showed no indication of responsibility and/or resolution. The food was okay not what we expected. Waste of birthday dinner. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Wouldn't recommended

The server in training was great & helpful, but the manager horrible. Nasty attitude and unprofessional. The pitcher margarita was brought back due to being weak; filled with ice and the cups filled with ice to the brim. Very watered down and sweet, couldn’t even taste the liquor. We informed the server and they brought the pitcher to the bar then moments later returned with the same pitcher stating the bartender couldn’t take it back and brought 3 oz of liquor for us to put in a pitcher. That doesn’t make sense. We asked for the manager; Kara was on at the time due to the main manager being away. She was rude, not understanding or accommodating. My party and myself come from a restaurant background and her restaurant etiquette was not welcoming and didn’t make the customer feel welcomed in this establishment. When we explained the issues she acted as if she couldn’t comprehend that the we weren’t satisfied with the drink due to it, not tasting like it had liquor in it. She took the pitcher away and brought it back to the bar and the server returned to the table and stated that it will be taken off of our bill. Another drink was ordered and again it was not good; you couldn’t taste the liquor and it was too sweet. Once we received the bill we were still charged for one drink due to a person drinking half a cup. We’ve then again asked for the manager and explained the issue and she was not accommodating. Her lack of communication was the issue. She didn’t state we be charged for one drink and left it upon a server who was in training to deal with the matter and they stated the entire pitcher would be removed and didn’t state we’d be charged for one drink from that. She did not takeoff the margarita that we were charged for; one person from the party only drank half. My experience was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend. Its wasn’t a welcoming environment.
