I would recommend the salad bar to all my friends and family. The ladies were great Dimond & Kayla. I didn't get up charge for mixing my greens like at Chopt . I get a large salad every time I go to the salad bar and can even have some leftover for later ?. Really is the best place to get a great salad. Try the Salad ? Bar Trust Me You'll love it

I tried this place for the first time recently. The employees were so nice! One employee encouraged me to put more toppings on my salad since it was included in the price and gave me some recommendations. I also got an iced tea which was good. There are a lot of toppings and menu items to choose from. I enjoyed my salad, it was so good. I live closer to the Rocky Hill location so I’ll definitely go there.

Would not recommend this location as far as handling issues or concerns. Ordered a salad on 7/5 and it was missing 3 main ingredients (the main ones why I ordered the salad). Called and spoke to Kayla who said she would credit me. 3 days went by and nothing so I called her again and she said she had to call the 3rd party to see what happened. A week and a half went by and still nothing so I called Kayla again and the same excuse. It’s now 8/7 and still nothing even after calling her again over a week and a half ago saying she would just mail me a gift card to make up for the trouble!!! Lot of promises but no action!!**Update** Called the store per the owners request only to have the manger (Kayla again) throw her own team members under the bus saying they answer her calls for her and don’t give her messages and she has no idea what I’m talking about for issuing a gift card!! Wow!! Way to be a manager and support your team!

Ordered from here several times and always good quality. Ordered online today for pick up. Back at the office, I opened my salad I noticed they forgot a few ingredients. Called and spoke to a really nice woman who offered to remake it and deliver it! Awesome customer service ?
I eat a salad from The Salad Bar at least once a week . This last time the lettuce was especially bad all slimy and rusty. I had to throw both salads out. $29 down the drain and no dinner for me and my wife. Totally disappointed. Salad like this should not be allowed to leave the restaurant. Someone could get very sick.!

Let me start by saying that I love the Salad Bar. I’ve been going to the Rocky Hill location regularly and I’m always so impressed. But I grabbed dinner from the Glastonbury location and was so disappointed. The staff member making my order clearly did not want me to be there and rushed me down the build your own salad line just to get my order over with (she was not friendly at all). I ordered the same salad I’ve order multiple times before and, at checkout, she charged me an extra couple of dollars for no apparent reason (all add-on charges with no context). I was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even bother to fight it and skipped the add-ons I usually get with my order. I truly feel bad for the owner that the staff is hurting their business. Next time, I’ll drive the extra distance just to go to the Rocky Hill location (which I give 5 stars, hands down).

I don’t understand why but the buffalo chicken salad I ordered was prepared very wrong. I ordered it with avocado, extra chicken, and ciabatta and none of those items were in the salad, just the regular amount of chicken and the stuff that normally comes in it. Very disappointed because I paid extra for the avocado and extra chicken.

Was looking for a sandwich place and happened to come across this place. AMAZING!! The food is fresh and customer service is great. Beautiful and clean inside but very slow business wise. I ordered a Cobb wrap and omg it was so big! Almost like a burrito. If you have a hearty appetite these will fill you right up. I also bought a lemonade with 2 pumps of strawberry (recommended by staff) and it was perfect!! Not super sweet, just right. I can't wait to visit again and try something else.
