I like to hang out at this location. There are a lot of comfy places to work or read a book. The drive thru experience can be a turn off. They get a little testy when things are busy. Because the line was long, I placed my order while I was in the drive through line through the app. When I got up to the speaker, I was scolded for placing my order in the app. Respectfully, what is the difference if the order is there 1 minute before I get to the speaker vs me ordering it at the speaker?

Dear Starbucks Team,
I have been a devoted Starbucks fan for nearly thirty years and have developed a discerning palate for your coffee offerings. Recently, I ordered a Frappuccino at the Hebron Avenue location. Initially, I thought the unsatisfactory taste might have been an isolated incident. However, upon giving it another try, I found the flavor still lacking. This contrasts sharply with the consistently rich and delicious Frappuccinos I enjoy at the Summerset Square and Stop and Shop locations.
As a result, I find myself driving farther from home to obtain the quality coffee that justifies the price. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes of improving the consistency across all locations.

ordered a Green Tea Frappuccino, but it was very diluted with very little matcha powder. The recipe should be adjusted to make it more flavorful. I also once ordered a Green Tea Latte with regular sweetness, but the staff forgot to add sugar.” I’ve ordered it multiple times and have been quite disappointed—the taste is inconsistent.
On my way to work I got the pecan oatmeal latte which is one of my favorite drinks of the season. Besides, the workers are helpful and always kind.

They get a lot of traffic but are always consistent. They take care of their regulars somehow at the same time. During lunch the line can be pretty crazy but if you are there early you will skip all that.

Far and away the best Starbucks location I've been to in terms of speed, full-stop. They know what they're doing, and they're doing it great. Christie, Alex, Alyssa, and Nicole are wonderful.
Parking: Very limited number of up-front spots, but is located within 50ft of a much more expansive lot with an underground parking garage.
