The service is amazing. Very kind employees. But today is the second time that I got sick from the food. I’m not sure if it’s because the food isn’t being stored properly to temp or if it’s because of cross contamination? While the employee was making my sandwich another customer came in asking for cookies so he rang him up with the same gloves on and then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Perhaps better practices should be in place? I won’t be visiting again but again the customer service overall is excellent.

Long wait even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me. They don't accept coupons. Should have at least posted a sign mentioning that. Two subs came up close to $30, which is ridiculous. I would recommend going over to East Hartford and finding a Subway there instead.

We've been going to this subway for years and noticed a decline in customer service over the past few years HOWEVER, the last time we went, the customer service was outstanding. The gentleman making the sandwiches and ringing us out was so personable. He seemed genuinely grateful for our business and glad that we came in. He chatted politely with my children while ringing us up and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!

Worst customer service ever. This is my first review, Ive never felt so compelled to write one before. I made an online order and went to pick it up but the guy working said there was no order and even tried to tell me I had the wrong location. I showed him confirmation of the order/payment and he basically told me that’s not his problem. Still haven’t gotten my money back to this day. Kept going back and forth with him because I have proof I ordered at this location in the app and my email, I have proof of payment with receipts from my bank and from apple pay and yet he didn’t give a damn. Get y’all customer service together please. No one should have to eat their meal with a side of attitude. orrr not get your meal at all.

This particular location has amazing customer service, the establishment was clean and well kept, however the prices have increased far too much. If they prices weren't so high I'd possibly go more frequently. But $15 for a footlong is ridiculous!

November 14, 2023 around 2 pm Glastonbury, ct next to T-Mobile I went to subways just to use the bathroom it was locked so I ask the guy who work there he said it’s for customers only I’m like I just need to use the bathroom. Then he told me that i need to buy something for me to use the bathroom I told him none of the subways bathroom lock I walk out call him stupid I feel like he’s racism. He need to be out of his job for keeping the bathroom locked.

I ordered Mexicali, and the smashed avocado tasted horrible. I had to throw a portion away as I had a difficult time finishing the entire footlong.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I got the WORST food poisoning from this dirty location. The first time I went to this location after the new owner take over it was 8:30pm and they do not close until 9pm and as soon as we walked in the server had a bad attitude, didn't greet us, and then turned the lights off on us. Overall bad service but I tried to give this location another chance as I am pregnant and was craving their bread. Definitely a mistake, this is when I got the food poisoning. 0/5 will not return to this location or recommend anyone else.

Me and my family go hear a lot, we have been customers for almost 2 years and has always gotten great service until today. Me and my mom walked in and on the door it says that they close at 8:30, we walked in around 7:50 ish and when we walked in and ordered a worker say your my last customer as if they were closing very early. Which they have never done, as me and my family sat down and started eating a guy walks in and they say we are closed. And then it was about 8:00 and they turned the lights off on us just eating. This was very rude and we will not be coming back.

I used to eat here often for the last couple of years. The same employee was always very kind and polite. Remembered us and even our orders. I’m not sure what happened the last couple of months but he is no longer there. Now it’s two men. They have posted hours of 8:30pm on Sunday on their DOOR AND WEBSITE so we decided at 7:45 to stop. We had time. I was told as I was checking out “well you’re our last customer”. I thought that was strange. We sat and started to eat. Someone walked in to purchase a sandwich and was told they were closed. Not a second later they turned off the lights on us eating. Leaving my ten year old and I to try and gather our things in the dark. You want to close at 8? Change your posted hours. Don’t leave a family of paying customers in the dark to rush and find their things and rewrap their sandwiches. This experience was so rude. I will not be returning.

What’s the point of mailing coupons if they aren’t going to be accepted. Then tell me i could only get one type of cold cut couldn’t put multiple cold cuts on my sandwich. When I asked her why she gave me an attitude and said because that’s how it is. Come to find out that customer in front of me of the same culture as the worker were allowed to and because I was different I was denied. Service was terrible lucky I didn’t walk out because I was getting food for someone else.

Really terrible customer service. I walked in and the lady at the counter never said hello, she asked me what did I want to order, then rudely stated they were closing in 5 minutes while I looked over the menu to decide what I wanted. Normally I would have walked out but I was ordering for myself and another individual. After a minute I decided and told her what I was getting. She proceeds to make one of the worst orders with less meat than usual and throws it in the bag no napkins. Never says thank you and walks behind me to lock the door. Poor business etiquette which is why I will never return here and give my money to rude people.

Went there at 9pm to get my child a quick sandwich right before I walked in they turned off the open sign but the door was unlocked. So I open the door and said are you still open the guy yells no but what do you want with a lot of attitude. The door states they close at 9:30pm and so did other sites. I said it says you're open until 9:30 he keeps yelling what do you want what is it that you want. I said you have an attitude I don't want anything from you or this place. He kept yelling at me until I closed the door. This isn't my first encounter with their unprofessionalism but now I'm 100% certain to NEVER go back nor recommend anyone to go here.
