First time coming in, tried a different location and the difference was pretty noticeable; for example, employees were kind to customers, but machines were filthy and I noticed a lot of flies around the machines and food. Hopefully, the flies are temporary!
My daughter and I go to this Sweet Frog location often as we live in town. We even continued to go during the height of the pandemic because it’s important to support small businesses. I never once complained when they barricaded their public bathrooms during Covid and didn’t allow anyone to use them. Not even when my daughter had an emergency bathroom situation did I complain. I love Sweet Frog! This location is wonderful and in a great spot. They have a variety of flavors. The toppings are endless. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and organized as well. This is such a fun place to take the kids and have them make their froyo how they want it!
