Updated review. They close at 3, but stop serving sandwiches at 2:30. I drove nearly an Hr there to get a sandwich etc and go have a picnic. Had been a customer for years. I would normally go at 11. When I showed up at 2:35, I was denied a sandwich. Its been 4 years and have not been back, probably will not go back. Businesses should either be opened or closed, not start deleting services at quiting time. Just close earlier.

Love this little butcher shop. My favorite guilty pleasure here beside the smoked chicken breasts is the pastrami and smoked mozzarella cheese - I am having that tonight and will take a photo- it’s worth the drive too!

Nodine's in Goshen is a destination for my family and me. As the Holiday season rolls around it is time for me to order smoked turkey and drive to Goshen for a pleasant day trip. The smoked meats, fishes and cheeses are always on my family's Holiday table. We will have to keep coming to properly celebrate the Holidays.

Overpriced "commodity" food (watch the Syzzzzko truck pull up) horrible treatment of employees, a schlock outfit all the way - search NPR archives for their horrible legal troubles, fascinating in a sick way.
I love Nodines. I have been coming here since I was a little kid with my father. I love their beef jerky and their meat is uncompairable to any other. Simply the best smoked meats ever.

Great smoked chesses and meats! Been going to Nodines for years, it is behind a house in Goshen. Out in the "country". Jerky is very good, hard so don't break a tooth. Sandwiches are great. There was someone years ago that made the most awesome chocholate chip cookies, but the recipe changed, they are just ok now.

Stopped for lunch and found they were closed! After talking with people in the lot who were waiting, found out they had no power that morning but promised to be open soon. We waited! So glad we did because the chicken bacon ranch on a grinder roll made to order as we waited was out of this world. Picked up some smoked kielbasa and some bacon ketchup on this trip. Will definitely be returning.

My family went to the ActionLife Zoo and it was way past lunchtime. My neice looked up Yelp reviews, the resulting choice was Nodine's Smokehouse. It was a great choice; the staff was very friendly and accommodating all our questions. The sandwiches and baked goods were outstanding. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Even my 5-year-old grandnephew, who is a fussy eater, finished half his sandwich in record time. Since it's only a takeout shop we went back to the Zoo to eat at their picnic area. Next time we'll get our picnic lunch ahead of time! Definitely will be back to this hidden gem!
