My favorite vineyard in CT- So many amazing wines to choose from. And the best part is the staff; Katelyn, Deb and Charlotte are so friendly and knowledgeable. Staff can make or break an experience and they totally made it!

We drove up an hour yesterday around noon and unfortunately, not a good experience. We intended to try 15 but stopped at 10. All that we tried were smelly and very bland. I loathe writing bad reviews but, I have to be honest for the people who are wine enthusiast like I am. The worst part was the snarky Gen Z girl who served us who was, militant and unenthusiastic. We chugged the last three just to get out of her presence. (You have to stand at the bar for the tastings and, no souvenirs glasses unless you purchase a case) An extra star was given because Katlyn was lovely. Will not be returning even if, there was a world wide wine shortage.

North of Litchfield center south of Goshen fair grounds. Small parking area holds about 30 cars. Picnic tables Adirondack chairs. Large gazebo facing South. Dogs on leashes welcome. Great for couples or families. Store has gift items bottles for sale and a nice enclosed porch with several small tables. Open porch at entrance has a few cushioned seats. Large tent area facing north. Some of very good wine. The whites are summer light or aromatic. The reds are from a light summer blush to a fullish Malbec or Montalcino style. The St Croix is a dry red that is worth drinking. This is a must stop. Food trucks available check the Facebook page. Small pre packaged food available. Wines range from $15 to $80 plus a bottle. Approx. bathrooms are inside store area. Two to left as you walk in. Staff is friendly and professional.

Great venue. Diverse selection of wines, something for everyone! Charlotte was awesome, walking us through the various wines and pairing them with chocolate!

Always seem to have a good, but more important is relaxing. A good bottle of wine to enjoy along with the cheese, crackers and meat offerings they have onsite. I’ll post more pics, food etc next time we go. Overall, it’s a beautiful scenic place, and a nice drive to the place. Enjoy..
