I've never been in the restaurant so can't speak to the service and atmosphere. I've only ever ordered from UberEats. The onion soup is very good. I will continue to order but not their raw sushi. First time I ordered it was great. My last two recent orders, the sushi had a strong fishy smell to it which is not typical of fresh clean sushi. It should not have that strong of a scent, it should have very little or almost no scent. Nothing happened with the first fishy scented sushi but this time (most recent order) I got food poisoning. Vibrio parahaemolyticus found in seafood. I'll stick to their cooked food from now on.

The food is outstanding. The owner is Japanese, and we always make a point to enjoy sushi only at places run by Japanese. The same goes for French and Italian cuisine as we seek out authentic experiences. You will be impressed.

We had dinner at the sushi side, the waitress brought the wrong role, which was no issue as she immediately got the right one once she realized the error. When we finished eating we told the waitress to not waste, we can take it to our son. She stated that their policy is to return it to the kitchen unless we want to pay for it. We thought it was very odd, as it seemed like she insinuated it will be served to someone else. Seems like interesting decision especially since the role was on our plate with our good and we certainly touched it. Overall the food was ok.

I recently placed a large order at Abi’s Restaurant and was disappointed with their service. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t provide a big carry bag for convenience, even though they had them available. Instead, they asked me to pay $1 for it. For a business handling large orders, it’s frustrating that they wouldn’t offer a bag as a courtesy. Carrying multiple small bags was inconvenient and not the experience I expected. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service for bulk orders.

I have been coming here for over twenty years. There are new owners and the food is poor quality. The hibachi chef tried his best but the meat was overcooked. No presentation. Appetizer shrimp was served as a dessert. No mention of ice cream until we asked. They no longer serve green tea ice cream. They seated us towards the back and halfway through our meal they poured a bucket of cleaning fluid onto the kitchen floor. The smell was overwhelming. When we asked to speak to the manager he was very dismissive and condescending. Sadly we will not return. I will miss the typical joyful service and good quality meal.
