Wonderful Italian restaurant. Very rich Italian food, still almost authentic. A real Italian cuisine experience for Italians away from home, and amazing Italian experience for those who will go there eventually soon! Amatriciana wonderful. Bolognese very very nice. Perfect Brunch options. Gnocchi alla Sorrentina state of the art.

Can’t say enough good things about this gem. Everything was stellar, from the arancini to the pasta to the wonderful staff that seemed happy to have us there. Everyone wants incredible food, but when you add in great service and a welcoming atmosphere to top it off you get a wonderful place like Bianca.

What a great restaurant! We started with the crab cake and it was amazing! We ordered the fish of the day and the Bistecca and both plates were super tasty. For dessert we ordered the classic tiramisu (delicious). We will be back soon for sure?.

Disappointed. Many places call it an Italian place, and they should be ashamed for doing so. The owner may be Italian, but the food? NOPE!Appetizers are definitely good—nothing to say. However, the food isn’t good. Too much oil on the pasta dishes, and no protein. It’s pure pasta or pasta. Or if you order the protein as Entree, there is only the protein.Salads don’t have the option to order a protein as a side; it’s a pure salad. It's a cozy place with nice staff, but it’s a never-back.Kid-friendliness: EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMEND FOR KIDS. There is no kids menu, nor the food is appropriate for kids.

Atmosphere and food are wanting serious attention. Pasta was hard, no eggplant of note in the eggplant appetizer, no curtain on the door to keep nearby diners warm on a cold night with patrons coming and going. Staff was pleasant of importance.

I had great hopes for this restaurant on Greenwich Ave. We are locals and expected good food. We went into a very loud restaurant that was busy with bar drinkers. That's not what we want in a dining experience. Our appetizers of fried artichokes and eggplant were not excellent. The fettucine Bolognese was served very al Dante, and we don't like our pasta that hard. I worried I was going to choke on it. The ragu sauce was fine. We are not going to this restaurant again.

A favorite for us. Great date spot. Fun to sit at bar and chat with locals and bartender. Food is delicious - pasta, frito misto, salads - all superb. We leave here happy every time.

How in the world did Bianca get rated a 4.8 by CT Insider? I'd give it a ZERO if I could. I dined here last night with an old friend and I couldn't have been more disappointed. Having been to Rafele in Rye, a decent Italian, I expected that with the hype for Bianca from the same owners, that my friend and I were in for a real treat on our birthdays. We had a 5:30 reservation and were on time, the restaurant was basically empty. We ordered wine within 5 minutes of being seated and during that time the restaurant started to fill up. Within 10 minutes of that we ordered our meal and the restaurant now was 3 deep in standing room in the front of the house, obviously they were overbooked. So, let's start with the wine. At $18 a glass for an ok Nebbiolo, Bianca's pour was on the short side. We placed our dinner order after hearing the specials - Prosciutto and mozzarella ($22) and Caesar Salad ($19) to start and Cacio e Pepe ($22) and Roasted Duck Breast ($43) for entrees. Bread basket arrived after we placed our order with an unrecognizable accoutrement - I smeared a bit on a small piece of bread and was immediately put off, the last of my wine never tasted so good. The starters came out - 2 slices of paper thin prosciutto with a small blob of tasteless mozzarella. I mistakenly thought for $22 it would be burrata, which is flavorful and creamy perfect with prosciutto. The small orb of mozzarella was served cold, rubbery in texture and tasteless. After the starters were done I asked the manager/maitre d' why they didn't serve this dish with burrata - he blurted out that was a special (one I obviously didn't hear) and dashed off, retrieved a menu and pointed to the item saying loudly 'see! this is what you ordered, sorry, sorry' and then proceeded to repeat himself quite loudly 2 more times while pointing at the menu. When he was done chiding me I said 'the mozzarella served was tasteless and rubbery, maybe you'll consider serving this dish with burrata'. I then asked him what that stuff was that came with the bread - he said tomato flan. I said 'Really? Please take it away'. The entrees arrived quite some time later, around 7:45ish. By that time I was almost done with my second glass of wine and was quite hungry. Looks like we have yet another premier restaurant that doesn't know how to make Cacio e Pepe. When I ordered the dish I asked if it was made with bucatini, server said ' no it's spaghetti, like fat spaghetti' I said 'oh, then you do make it with bucatini' and he again replied 'no, it's like tagliatelle'. So when the dish arrived made with bucatini, which was undercooked, I just shook my head. The dish wasn't hot and had already started to congeal. It was made with cream (there's no cream in this dish) and with not a fleck of black pepper in sight (I'm thinking the chef doesn't know what pepe means) and tragically made with about a 1/4 pound of Parmesan cheese while being overly salted as well. No one asked if we wanted fresh black pepper, so I asked for some pepper. I managed two bites of the now glop and my friend managed 1; we were sharing our entrees as well. On to the roasted duck breast ($43) which was ordered medium and served rare, just about warm. I served myself 2 pieces and managed one bite from the piece that I could cut; the other piece was almost all cartilage. That bite coupled with mashed potato was gamey, unseasoned and soppy with duck fat. It was in edible. The dish basically went back uneaten and not one person asked if there was a problem. If I'm going to charge a patron $43 and the dish comes back like that, I'd want to know why! Unfortunately neither the manager/maitre d' nor our server bothered to come to our table after the busser alerted our server regarding the duck dish. Clearly the manager isn't interested in the patrons dining experience, he's only interested looking good to the owner who was in the house. The vibe at Bianca is '

Went her for early dinner around 4pm and seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive, we ordered Crocchette di Melanzane as an appetizer. They had bread with a concentrated tomato sauce almost paste consistency. This was very good and flavorful. The Crocchette di Melanzane was amazing, very flavorful. For entrees I ordered the Gnocchi Sorrentina and a coworker ordered the Ravioli and another the Roasted Chicken. All of them came out about 20 minutes after the initial order which was perfect. First bite and no disappointment everyone was very satisfied with their dish. I would next time get it family style and get a little serving of each because all the food is very good. This is a place I would recommend and would definitely go back to in the future.

BEST OF THE BEST Italian in Greenwich. The pasta was al dente. The service staff was helpful. The atmosphere and vibe were laid back and relaxed yet chic. They were very accommodating with my food allergies. I had the best pomodoro I have ever had anywhere. Period. It is a true gem of Greenwich.

Absolutely lovely place. Service was outstanding - could not have been better. Great outdoor seating. I would give the food 4.5 stars only because the cheesecake was oddly bitter - but everything else was wonderful. The vanilla gelato was possibly the best that I've ever had.
