Had a tremendous lunch at Boxcar Cantina recently - Carlos our server was so welcoming and it was easily the best Mexican food I have had in the entire state of New York. Check it out, you’ll love it!
I liked it and would recommend you give it a try. The food was good. We shared a shrimp fajita with extra black beans and guac. We started with some chips salsa and more guac. My friend had the fried ice cream for dessert and seemed to enjoy it.
So the food and service were good. The place was cute with plenty of kids around. They claim farm to table, organic etc but who knows. It was kind of loud so definitely not romantic. Also sorry no pictures as I forgot....
