By The Way Bakery in Greenwich is my favorite for gluten-free, dairy-free, and kosher treats. Tried their new hot chocolate today – rich and comforting. Grabbed some treats for the office, and everything was excellent. Highly recommend for delicious treats and cake!

We have ordered birthday cakes from here on numerous occasions and they have been very solid and good. You have to order a couple of days in advance to go pick up but it's been worth it for us. Picking it up has been a very slow experience so give yourself some time. I like that they have gluten free. The sprinkles cake was good and the chocolate on chocolate was also very good.

Wow!! Pleasantly surprised by how good this little bakery was! We had two of the bundt mini cakes and they were both delicious! I had “The Amy” which was super moist and had good flavor. My husband had the apple bundt cake and it had actual apples in it and was spiced well with a crunchy topping—simply delish!

A fantastic bakery for those with food allergies. My wife is allergic to both gluten and dairy - While there has been a rise in gluten-free bakeries in recent years, not many cover both of those allergies, and none do it as well as this one. We stopped by on a whim while we were in the area and tried scones, muffins, and several desserts. They were all incredible and we're already trying to figure out a reason to come back to Connecticut to stop by again.
By The Way Bakery supplied cupcakes for our recent event, and they absolutely hit it out of the park! Not only was BTW extremely flexible and patient in working with us to coordinate such a large order and delivery, but the cupcakes were delicious and a huge hit! We would definitely work with Helene and her team again and hope we have the opportunity to do so in the future!

I've gone to this location several times since this one is closer to me. I really want to like it, but the service at this location is nearly useless. Don't bother calling, they really can't help you or they just get it all wrong. Just show up and hope for the best by sight alone. Most of the baked goods are out of this world, a few miss the mark. For actual help, go to the Hastings-on-Hudson location. The staff there actually know what they are doing and where they are working. I just wish that that location weren't so very far from me. The stars earned are for the how great the treats were (could have been 4, some days 5, but the staff could wipe them all out).

We went today for a coffee 15 minutes before closing hour. The two women working there were really rude and unpolite, with bad manners and with an angry face . We will never go again. I am sure they are not the owners. If shop closes at 6 pm please be polite and nice to people who come during opening,

Lovely bakery with delicious desserts. I ordered 2 six inch birthday cakes here that were exceptional (Chocolate Raspberry and Strawberry Shortcake)so tasty!! I also highly recommend the creme puffs that they have there, they’re made fresh every morning and are so soft, and this was my first time trying creme puffs so I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service here was also fantastic, both women behind the counter were very kind and helpful
