I wanted to have a birthday celebration that was different but yet filled with charm. And Candy’s Tearoom was the perfect place!!! The space was delightful, the food was delicious and the service was personable and wonderful. Madison and Kate made us feel welcome and put beautiful finishing touches on every detail. The charm of the Stanton House Inn is key to this with an old English Inn feel. I couldn’t have been more happy! I give it as many stars as possible for the success that they provide!

We recently had a perfect afternoon bridal shower for our daughter at Cady’s tea Room located at the Stanton House Inn in Greenwich, Ct. Everyone thought it was absolutely lovely. The staff was so accommodating and flexible, and were so helpful with setup, yet we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were given a selection of teas, tea sandwiches, scones and cookies(the best I have ever had)which were presented on their beautiful tier plates and china, and were served complimentary prosecco upon arrival. They said we could bring in anything additional that we wanted, and they did not rush us out when we stayed beyond our allotted time. We were even able to use the adjacent parlor to open gifts, so it felt like we were in our own private living room. The location, about 5 min from the Greenwich train station was very convenient for guests that were coming from NYC. I would highly recommend Cady’s for a truely special intimate event.

What a true delight! We celebrated a special birthday here on Saturday and absolutely loved our entire experience! The tea room is decorated simply and beautifully, the blueberry iced tea was such a treat and all of the food, especially the coconut scones with fresh butter and strawberry jam was pure heaven for our taste buds! Thank you to the team who makes this event spectacular, from service to delicious treats!

Cady’s tea room is such a hidden gem! The atmosphere is perfect for a girly afternoon tea and the wait staff is absolutely wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend for your next afternoon tea, birthday party, bridal shower or baby shower.

I am an avid afternoon tea enthusiast and I am so happy I came to try Candy’s Tea Room! The food was delicious, the service was great, it’s a super cute atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back! You make a reservation online and pay ahead of time, so all you do when you dine is leave a tip. I also think the price is great considering some of the afternoon teas I’ve been to in NYC that cost more and are lower quality. You can try all the teas offered and I was even given a complimentary mimosa, I highly recommend coming here for afternoon tea!

We enjoyed the Cady Tea Room immensely: the room is lovely with wainscotting and bow window with a view of the gardens. The tea service was lovely, the selection of tea flavors well matched to the sandwiches and scones. The desserts were lovely confections and everything was fresh made.

Met an old friend who has never been to a tearoom and decided on Cady’s as it is located half way between us in Greenwich Ct. If you’re a tea lover and looking for an authentic teatime experience,(I always am) this is the place! Located in a lovely historic B&B where coziness is the order of the day and old world charm abounds including several fireplaces and one of the loveliest rooms to take tea, filled with natural light and looking out to what I imagine will be a glorious garden come springtime . Cady and the incredibly talented staff were friendly, knowledgeable and most welcoming. The selection of teas is delightful and the heart shaped cucumber sandwiches are incredibly delicious as are the scones which btw are so good that the clotted cream and raspberry jam are not needed but what would afternoon tea be without them ay? The dainty chicken salad sandwiches are by far thee best this chicken salad aficionado has ever tasted. The mini red velvet cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting are everything a grown up cupcake should be and more! I am looking forward to and already planning to have a birthday party there in the spring and can’t wait to have a cocktail in the soon to be bar.

Our group of four celebrating early birthdays had a lovely afternoon tea. The seasonal menu offered four different teas, prosecco was offered for all. The usual three tiers of savories, scones and sweets were all delicious. The room, inside the Stanton Inn, must double as the breakfast room for the Inn and was sun drenched and decorated for the season. Service was perfectly attentive without being intrusive. We look forward to going again.

Very charming experience. The food and tea were delicious and we even got a surprise glass of Prosecco. I had out of town guests so it was a perfect experience for a Saturday afternoon. Servers were very friendly and sweet. Would definitely do it again
