First time here and I was really impressed! The staff was very nice, even with a long line of customers waiting. Special shout-out to the guy in the kitchen who was absolutely crushing it—keeping up with all the orders and moving fast the whole time. Great teamwork and energy!

Anytime I pass by a cava, I must get myself an arugula salad with some grilled chicken!

I visited Cava in Greenwich for the first time and was attended by Gabby. She was so helpful and polite! She made amazing recommendations for food combinations. I would recommend Cava in Greenwich anytime.

Hey Ted you need to do a better job of your customer service. Your phone support is absolute bs. Stop pretending to give great service, you dont.

Always fresh and flavorful! Big shout-out to Jamie for going above and beyond — the staff here are friendly and quick, and the food tastes amazing every time. One of the best spots in Greenwich for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Don’t get me wrong: this is a good salad and I wish they had one in New Haven. Most of the ingredients are very good and fresh-ish (if you consider “pickled” fresh). I gave it three stars because there are a lot of picked veggies and repeats that make it seem like a variety but it’s not really. The second star is for the dodgy falafel; it looks and has the consistency of slightly slimy Spaghetti’Os meatballs (boo) with a hint of something Mediterranean - but falafel they are not.

One word, delicious! I've been eating CAVA for years. They have quality food. I mostly get the same thing. Supergreeens, lentils, harrisa and tzatziki sauce, braised lamb (scrumptious), pickled red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers with date balsamic vinaigrette. Its my go to if you love lamb. If you're not into lamb they have so many other protein options. I am always so full but not weighed down because it's healthy. Staff are always nice and they move quickly. Highly recommend!

Very good options for both vegetarian and meat lovers. This was my first try and I liked it better than chipotle. A lot more variety of add-ons and just much more tasty. I also like their sauces and drinks.
