Don’t get me wrong: this is a good salad and I wish they had one in New Haven. Most of the ingredients are very good and fresh-ish (if you consider “pickled” fresh). I gave it three stars because there are a lot of picked veggies and repeats that make it seem like a variety but it’s not really. One word, delicious! I've been eating CAVA for years. They have quality food. I mostly get the same thing. Supergreeens, lentils, harrisa and tzatziki sauce, braised lamb (scrumptious), pickled red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers with date balsamic vinaigrette. Its my go to if you love lamb. Very good options for both vegetarian and meat lovers. This was my first try and I liked it better than chipotle. A lot more variety of add-ons and just much more tasty. I also like their sauces and drinks.
