We ordered a bunch of salads from Chop't for delivery for lunch. The food was great and the delivery was seamless! Also, the app made it easy to track when the order was filled, on its way and when it had been delivered.

Terrible customer service! I placed a group order for delivery via their website and two hours later is still has not arrived. best they can do is deliver the food and give a partial refund. Unacceptable
