My experience with Chopt has been very pleasant. The food was good and the service was good. The manager (Joshua) came and spoke to me to make sure everything was ok because at first I was confused about what I wanted and he could see that. Very nice young man and he is definitely an asset to the business!

I have only been there a couple of times and each time I have had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. He was very polite and sociable. He questioned rather everything was alright, which it was. Unlike some that ask if everything is alright but you can tell it is just a formal question and they could care less rather you are satisfied or not. After making sure that I was satisfied he wished me a good day and went to the next customer.

Incredible service. Great food. I enjoyed this much more than sweet greens and it was half the price. I will be returning again. I got the southwestern steak and was very impressed with the medium rare steak. Then I found it was grass fed and pasture-raised and I was even happier I picked this over nearby chipotle. To top it all off the General Manager Josué greeted me, guided me through the process, and even gave me a free beverage to try! I will be returning.

I have always loved ordering from Chopt due to the ability to craft your own salad. Lately, I have been ordering delivery either through uber eats or the Chopt app itself. It seems like, almost every time I order, something is wrong with my order. For example, today I didn’t get the cookie I ordered, and did not get extra dressing like I asked for. And since it was a delivery order, there was nothing that I could do to get my ordered changed. Another time I ordered delivery, I got someone else’s order instead of mine. It had my first name on it, but the wrong first initial of my last name. I do think that the salads here are really good, along with the cookies, but I also feel that the staff needs to be a little more focused on packing the delivery orders correctly and giving the delivery drivers the correct orders to deliver.

Ordered 2 Greek salads Hardly any chicken in salad. Prices have gone up. Too pricey for salad with hardly any chicken.
