This was our first visit to Coast Seafood. Upon walking in we were a bit apprehensive about what our experience would be like. That apprehension was put to rest from the moment we received a warm greeting with a 'thank you for coming to my restaurant.' Our cocktails were perfect. My wife had one of, if not the best cosmopolitan martini she's ever had. Come to find out it is the owners specialty drink. The pan-fried beef goyza dumplings served as a wonderful starter. For entrees, I opted for the filet of sole that was very tasty. My wife had the special of the day, Chilean sea bass that was absolutely incredible. Lucky me, she could not finish it, so I got to do the honors. Unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert. The service was excellent with every need promptly tended to. We are very happy that we dined Coast Seafood. Next time we find ourselves back in Greenwich, CT we'll be returning for another excellent dining experience.

Excellent neighborhood restaurant that has been in Cos Cob for year. The owner always warm, friendly and helpful. Service is very attentive. The beet salad is exceptional as are all the fish dishes. Parking is easy and the prices are very reasonable especially compared to other restaurants in the Greenwich area. Highly recommend.

Staff friendly and nice atmosphere. Because it was Valentine's Day, it was a limited menu. Food was bland and selections were not great. Will try this again one day when it's not an occasion with a full menu.

My group had a wonderful experience. It had been 4 years since some of us had seen one another. Your venue made it extra special. Warm, ambient setting, very attentive staff. The appetizers (octopus, toro tartare, dumplings, Brussels Sprouts)were a delight and the entrees( Dive Scallops, Filet Mignon, Chilean Seabass, Lobster Seafood Risotto) were amazing. Everyone had a lovely time, topped off with some fine desserts, including a lemon sorbet , chocolate mousse, some ice creams, and tiramisu) Excellent wine selection and great cocktails. Thanks for making a night one to remember!
Booked at holiday luncheon for 11 of us. Delicious food and drinks, and excellent service. Also, our server was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, which was helpful for a member of our party who doesn't eat gluten. (There were quite a few options available.) We'll definitely return here!
Exceptional dining experience at Coast in Greenwich. The restaurant is absolutely beautifully decorated surrounding holiday atmosphere. The squash soup and branzino were both sensational, and the chocolate mousse cake with vanilla ice cream was simply heavenly. Our server Mylan and the entire team were all so wonderful, and we felt so well taken care of. Will definitely be returning.

Dined there on a Wednesday evening - to an empty dining room. So sad to see this when the food was fresh and expertly prepared. Excellent seafood with an Asian influence. We have dined at Coast several times and have always been very pleased with our meals and the service. I will definitely return again.

Incredibly nice people, great food at decent prices; good portions, and cozy place. Don't be fooled by it's location. Once inside (or at its happy covered bar and heated outside dining area, you'll feel the real ambiance of the place. But if I have to highlight the best thing about this restaurant, it's definitely have to be its incredible service. Go.

Very great Seafood. I have been to this restaurant a few times, and each time is a wonderful experience. For lunch today, we enjoyed butternut squash soup and lobster bisque as apps. Followed this with the seafood risotto and pan-roasted salmon. All dishes were delicious and filling. Their drinks were also refreshing. Definitely enjoyable lunch. It's a very pleasant afternoon with cappuccino on a beautiful late summer day.

I have been eating at this wonderful restaurant since it opened 20 years ago. It consistently delivers excellent meals. That is hard to beat. It also has fine service, very attractive ambience and it's prices are fair. Perfect place to bring family or friends when you have a larger party. Excellent food and great service. Nice open and airy european like-ambiance especially dining on the patio. Pinky sky after sunset, highly recommended.
This was my second visit, and second time ordering escargot. Both times the bread was a perfect complement to the escargot. My girl friend ordered the lobster seafood risotto and it was amazing as well as their cocktail drinks, excellent !

We have eaten at Coast many times and it continues to impress with delicious food and hospitable service. Yellow peach salad and salmon sushi sashimi trio are excellent for this season. Chilean Seabass with black bean sauce is professionally cooked juicy and tender, seafood pasta with tomato sauce is amazing.. Server was very attentive. Outdoor seating under the awning with peaceful water view, for a Greenwich meal totally worth it! We enjoyed having such a good opportunity for a pleasant visit and conversation and sharing a delicious meal with family. Always a wonderful night out and we will no doubt return!

Love this place for years and years. Food always consistently fabulous. Sat in the nice outdoor area on a pleasant night - fish, wine and peach salad were delish. The brussels had bit crunchy, oysters are juicy went well with Champagne. Service was excellent and had a great time always.

Frankly better than most of those fancy restaurants on Greenwich Avenue. The service was great too!! Relax causal atmosphere, especially on their patio by the pond, but all in all very good experience you will have no regrets. Favorites include small/large plates: dive sea scallops, lobster seafood risotto, toro tartare on crispy sushi rice, grilled octopus, and the Grouper fish entree. Never had a bad dish here! ? Beautiful space and tasty cocktails as well. Definitely looking forward to visiting again and trying more food on their menu.

I made a 1pm resy for 3 to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday. We were the only people in the restaurant. We were very specific about food allergies, food sides dislikes and I asked for my salmon to be prepared medium rare. We asked for certain substitutions on the entrees we ordered and they were not honored. The waiter delivered the dishes with exactly the sides we said we didn't like. My salmon was well done. The owner came over to correct the sides. Told us they were out of broccoli and substituted it with Brussel sprouts which my friend, the birthday girl dislikes immensely. She was not advised that they were out of broccoli and was not asked what she preferred instead. My salmon came well done and when I complained to the owner, her response was, “the chef says it's better when there's no pink in it.” But I'm the customer and if I like it cooked a certain way it should be honored. The owner tried to make up the issues by giving us 3 scoops of ice cream with our dessert. Big deal. And then to top it off, instead of indicating that I had completed my Open Table reservation, she marked it as “canceled”! So i had to call the restaurant to fix it but although she said she fixed it, she didn't. So I had to work it out with Open Table customer service directly to get my points. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Buyer beware.
