Was told I couldn’t have a laptop in there in order to “help maintain a comfortable environment.” Meanwhile, there are children in there screaming as well as other people on their tablets. Such a strange policy.

I don’t know how somebody can give this place less than 4, if judging the coffee and pastries. First, it’s among a few places with good coffee in Greenwich and around it. Second, considering that coffee in this Country is usually pretty bad, CFCF is outstanding for the quality of coffee. Service is just OK, but everything else is compensating it many times over. Thanks for the excellent coffee!

I ordered coffee and a pastry, but then the waiter came over and told me I couldn’t use my computer inside. She even showed me a policy paper. However, there was another woman who had been using her computer there since before I arrived, and they only asked me to close mine.

The atmosphere is loud and made even more unwelcoming by the atrocious attitude of the staff. The woman behind the counter yesterday was repeatedly beyond rude to my friend and me. How this place survives in such an upscale area by providing subpar service is beyond me. Needless to say, we won't be returning and I would caution anyone looking to spend their hard earned money on overpriced coffee, tea, or pastries to do so elsewhere.

I’m always interested in trying coffee everywhere I go! Was visiting Greenwich and decided to try this place. Very smooth decaf cafe mocha with almond milk ( sweetened for better foaming)… enjoyed the coffee and tried the carrot cake! Yummy! Great service too! I’ll be back!!

I enjoy the food and coffee at this place, but I have had some issues with Liz, the barista. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to know how to make my drink correctly cortado : cortado takes 2 shots of esperesso). Even when I kindly informed her of the mistake, she insisted that all coffee houses make the same drinks. As a self-proclaimed coffee expert, I even showed her the correct way to make it online, but she still made me pay for an extra shot.
