Constantino’s Pizza & Ice Cream

Fairly standard Italian & pizza place. Good for local pickup or delivery. Quite a large place if you go there. Pizza needs to be cooked longer (crispier) and the cheese quality could be better.

Let me start out by saying that the food is good, not great. It's a decent choice in terms of food quality.

However, the service is another story. My coworker and I had pre-ordered lunch today. When we got there, the staff were in a zombie state. It was as if they were auditioning for Night of the Living Dead.

My coworker asked for ranch dressing for her wrap, which they charged extra for. While we waited for my delayed chicken soup, a 13 to 14 year-old boy came to the counter to ask for more ranch dressing on his pizza slice, which already had some ranch on it. The first counterperson called over another employee. The second employee charged this kid $1 to drizzle more ranch on his slice. I thought this was ridiculous--taking advantage of a kid.

We won't be ordering here for a while, but we'll give them another shot in the future.

It’s not just amazing pizza. The meals and salads are excellent and the ice cream is amazing. They have great gluten free options.

Great food and very nice staff. Highly recommended. The pepperoni and hot oil pizza was fantastic. I also tried a slice of the chipotle chicken pizza and that was great too. If you like garlic bites- get them here too. Those were also good. Everything was perfect!

Place is trash, staff is incompetent. Pizza is awful, they have good wings tho. Unfortunately will not be going back. They got the order wrong and then only brought out half the order.

Constantino's is one of my favorite places to eat when in Greenwich! Their dishes never disappoint and the environment/staff are so warm and welcoming. My family and I love to come here when we are in the area, it is a staple for us.

This restaurant has the best Italian family owned vibe. Everything I have tried from the menu is delicious whether you're dining in or ordering. The calzone's are a must-try!

We ordered a Margherita large pizza 11/25/24, and to be honest the pizza looks more like a medium size and doesn't even have basil let along there is small gaps in the tomato sauce! flavor was ok. We always used to enjoy eating at Constantino pizza and Ice cream, when they opened years ago, it was really good and fair on the prices. But now we are a little spectacle about the quality and service of this place!

Today was my Son’s Domenic’s birthday! We went to Port Chester to a Trampoline park. When we finished the 90 minute jump session, we were all hungry. We drove around Port chester to two different pizza places. One was freezing cold and the other didn’t work out either. We kept driving and I’m glad we did, we ran into Connecticut and there it was. Constantino’s pizza and ice cream. First of all the place has parking, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff were amazing. From the gentleman who took our order standing in front of the ovens, to the young lady server who helped us with our food and ice creams, to the gentleman walking around making sure everything was ok. The owner also put an additional heater in our section to make our area feel nice and comfortable. As the time passed the kids ate pizza, garlic knots, and ice cream. I had the bruschetta and the meat balls were soooooo delicious and fresh. There were many more customers who arrived and they had delicious meals as well. I was looking at their plates. Overall the owner and staff were very nice, to be honest it felt like my home in there. I will definitely go back, especially because the kids enjoyed it as well.

*Also I loved that on the wall they have pictures of where the family came from and their personal story. That was cool.

Hands down, delicious food!

Vegetarian options: They have many dishes that would cater to a vegetarian eater.

Kid-friendliness: I had a total of 5 kids there because it was my son’s birthday so some of his classmates were there.

I was super excited to hear a new pizzeria was opening up close to my home. It was super annoying to drive across town living in byram so I thought this would be great. Coming to find out after purchasing a chicken parm on a wedge and a couple slices I wouldn’t enjoy this new establishment. My food was hot when I got home which doesn’t mean much because I live close. I did not enjoy most of it and was left disappointed. The chicken park seemed to be frozen and the bread also. The slices were good and I mean exceptional. The hours are terrible given said mostly every other pizzeria in greenwich stays open past ten o’clock and the manger or owner is a bit full of himself. This is my second food review ever and the first was for a price of metal in a burger I got elsewhere so you know I mean what I mean business lol
