customer service is good, it just gets busy. Minh is actually extremely helpful. the problem is workers are overworked and the addition of having to take back amazon returns has only made the job harder. Also from what i hear amazon shortened the break time by 5 minutes, making everything harder for employees. they do try, but they also have to deal with angry greenwich karens, so maybe they looks tired sometimes. that's the only negative thing, but karens should not treat workers like their household staff.

I shop here all the time and it has definitely gone downhill from when they opened. The people at customer service are just plain awful. They are rude and extremely inappropriate in going out of their way to give you the worst customer service possible. The prices are out of control even with inflation everything has gone up in price much more than any other food store in Greenwich CT. Between the terrible customer service and the ridiculous increase in prices this store rates 1 star in everything. I do still like the hot food bar, but the prices need to come down and the customer service needs to be replaced.

Whole Foods (food store) Greenwich CT Love their hot food bar but that is the only thing good about this Greenwich CT Whole Foods. Management and Customer service especially up front for problems or returns is AWFUL. I usually always shop at the Darien CT store they are well managed and have a great customer service. Greenwich has a Minh who is up front who is quiet like a mouse and is Horrible she is the worst person to have in customer service. She puts the customers' needs last. Very combative and non-helpful they should fire her. Kathy also customer service and another Hispanic woman up front are the worst. I never have any problem at any other Whole Foods just Greenwich CT. The head manager is a totally useless and has everyone in the store doing whatever they want to customers. Also, not the cleanest Whole Foods in CT.

I am a seasoned Whole Foods customer, and am almost always happy with my experience there. The staff is almost always nice. Recently I bought vegan cheese, and a cashier worker bagging it made a rude comment, but it wasn't enough to take a star away. They have so many delicious ? vegan options. Overall a great place for vegans.

You need something to eat in your hotel room, want some fresh flowers or something to grill - they have it all. The selections are varied and extensive. The salad bar was particularly good.

This store was one of the smaller ones and was definitely hard to navigate through the narrow aisles prior to their expansion. The expansion has made a significant difference for the shopping experience. Parking is pretty bad though and store entrance and exit is a bit cramped. They are also lacking in the seating area if you plan to grab food and eat before heading out. They have one narrow counter space which pales in comparison to other Whole Foods in the area and NYC.

Beware that if you plan to shop here during busy hours you will likely be circling the lot for a spot. They literally have a lot attendant because the parking is so terrible. The store is also half the size of the other local Whole Foods. You can definitely get what you need here if you have the patience but I tend to shop at the other locations.

One of the best run Whole Foods in Fairfield CT..(they need more space though) but TOP OF THE LINE food choices....like being in Manhattan again.
