Wanted to share some key pricing information.... Got 2 egg n cheese on a croissant sandwiches and a small coffee.... Cost $12.02! Egg n cheese on a croissant $4.50 ra! Small hot coffee $2.85 Same items from DD Boston Post rd Portchester NY....Eggn cheese on a croissant $2.99! Small hot coffee $1.95! Total $8.66! With tax.. I can imagine cost being little more for the smaller Merritt Pkwy....but almost 50% more! That's insane...plus the service on this Merritt location is just terrible! Slowest and least motivated employees! Same level of service further north on Merritt exit 27....

Coffee is absolutely terrible. Every single time. I try giving it a chance every time I stop through but it honestly keeps getting worse. Either the coffee is just really bad/old or burnt, or the guy in the morning does not know how to make a coffee. Dunkin Management needs to check in on this location & see what is going on. Food is good, coffee is horrible.

Want an eye roll and attitude with your order? Want to be blamed for needed coffee at midnight on a rest stop? Look no further! This is the place! Will make you feel bad for disturbing their sleep. If I were you, I’d look other places for a pick me up. Not worth the trouble.

Just stopped here driving from NYC to Acadia and I just had the most delightful experience with Brenda who works at the Dunkin' Donuts here. Her positive and welcoming energy was infectious and was a GREAT start to my day. If everyone approached their job, and life the way that Brenda does this world would be a MUCH happier place!!! Thanks Brenda!!!!!!
