Yet again, I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin' on 15 South. I asked for a medium hot decaf, fresh, and the employee rudely grabbed the filter basket, snapping, 'Is this fresh enough for you?' in an aggressive tone. Even the girl working at the gas station in front of the store overheard him and was watching. If I were the manager, I'd fire him on the spot. He seems unhappy, but he’s being paid to do the job—too bad. I'll never stop at this location again.

First, the guy who worked I think African American the guy he gave me a latte which is half cup foam on medium size ( just like small size). I asked for caramel but not a single spoon even it’s charged. God bless America.

On the evening of February 27th, at 6:30 PM, I encountered a very unfriendly African American employee at this doughnut shop. He said something, and I thought he was ready to serve me. So, I told him what I wanted, but he angrily told me, 'Can't you see I'm busy?' I was shocked at that moment. I explained to him that I thought he was talking to me and preparing to serve me, and I asked him why he was treating customers so rudely. Later, he even directly told me, 'We're close and not serving you.' Oh my god, I didn't expect such rude behavior from an employee at such a big chain store.

The cold untoasted bread and the raw bacon full of oil, the Cafe asks for it with sugar and they give it to you without anything.
