On the evening of February 27th, at 6:30 PM, I encountered a very unfriendly African American employee at this doughnut shop. He said something, and I thought he was ready to serve me. So, I told him what I wanted, but he angrily told me, 'Can't you see I'm busy?' I was shocked at that moment. I explained to him that I thought he was talking to me and preparing to serve me, and I asked him why he was treating customers so rudely. Later, he even directly told me, 'We're close and not serving you.' Oh my god, I didn't expect such rude behavior from an employee at such a big chain store.

Seven people standing around yapping with each other and not one of them thought it was strange that I'm standing at the pick up counter for 5 minutes....7 minutes...waiting for an iced tea. There was no line waiting to pick up. Finally, I asked for my drink so I could get out of this butt crack state.
Never ever again. Cold hasbrowns & sourdough that could chip your tooth. The guy got upset with me for squished has browns... how about serving a real order of hashbrowns, not 4 or 5, that have actually been heated correctly so I don't have to check if they were thoroughly heated. Dunkin' has gone downhill & this location will prove it to you (as I suffer through the rock-hard sour dough - no croissants or bagels available)
