Worst ever DD.The person at the counter is not even ready to answer the customers, not even patient to hear what we are asking.I ordered 4 donuts, which he just threw into a bag and handed over.He isn’t wearing hand gloves.No minimum greeting or handing bill to the customer.He is on his phone not even caring what we are asking for.Worst experience.Its better to close this place rather serving people like this.

The absolute worse DD location ever. I have given them chance after chance, hoping that it was just one person that perhaps was having a bad day, but they are all like that. It's like all the employees there are just miserable working there... unfriendly and seem mad to be making your coffee and/or bagel.

i ordered an iced matcha latte, i’m lactose intolerant and while i was ordering i was about to ask him if he could use oat milk instead, but before i could finish my sentence he said give me one second in a rude attitude and started making my drink. when i said i needed this to be with oatmilk he goes you didn’t specify when he didn’t even let my finish my sentence and proceed to blame me and said it was my fault. this is unprofessional, he is so rude. you should fire this guy if hes lazy to work. before i even ordered he comes to the counter and says can I help you really disrespectfully. i also witnessed him yelling at another customer “give me a second” cutting them off before they could finish their sentence.
