Grace was the most pleasant human being I came in contact with this week! Our trip took an additional 3 hours and I'm so happy we stopped at this location. Great at what she does and ensuring our orders were exactly as we wanted! Thanks, Grace! You're a keeper!!!

Bad location, bad service, bad food. More expensive than a regular dunks. 2 Food items were “fresh” and took forever but it were cold and wet and inedible when opened. I got 2 drinks and they tasted like they were made from bad ingredients or something. They don’t offer the drinks that they do from regular location so my first 3 choices weren’t even offered. They make you check out on this screen now and won’t help you themselves, the guy had to come over twice to fix it and people kept checking out ahead of meIf I have to return to this rest stop, I’ll sit in my car and pee in a bottle so I don’t have to walk by this Dunkin again.

It's terrible how the customer service is not only that but everytume I go here the fat mexican girl and a mexican boy always say they have no food and no drinks which is unbelievable despite them having breads for sandwiches this dunkin needs to do better!!!

Hello Travellers. You will find decent food and service but the Route 15 Merritt Parkway southbound travel plaza in Greenwich is busy during peak travel season. Queues for restrooms and parking along access road before 12 noon. It might help if CDOT posted signs farther north on 15 encouraging southbound travellers to stop at the Fairfield or New Canaan plazas. Here, before midday on Sat, the service plaza is overcrowded with long distance travellers. There appears to be sufficient space within the plaza building to enlarge the restrooms - looks like a key bottleneck in the system.

Went there on August 19 @6:55 pm and was attended by one of the most unfriendly person ever. Clearly unhappy with his life.I ordered a iced macha latte and mentioned i don’t want too much ice. He says abnoxiously, “then why are you asking for iced drink.”. So, i politely explain to him that you guys sometimes out too much ice and i do not get enough drink as a result. He is shaking his his the whole time. I was still giving him benefit of the doubt. Then i politely also order ‘ dunking wrap’ and there was only one wrap on the menu ( i’m not a regular, so i don’t know, if there are others that are not visible in the menu). He says sir your have to be more specific as i have 5 wraps. i point him to the menu. I only see one that is named ‘dunkin wrap’. He points me to another wrap at the bottom corner which was not named ‘dunkin wrap’. He says bacon and others as well. I specifically had a menu item, named ‘dunkin wrap’ . He did not bother to turn around and look. Very unprofessional. Not fit for thee service industry.

Horrible! Will not go there again! Taking my service somewhere else. I purchased like 6 donuts and they were all wet and five in a paper bag which made a huge mess. No napkins, burnt crossaint and all my beverages were given for me to hold without the tray and when I asked for it the girl said she was the only on there because her coworker went to lunch! At 10am??Then he comes back within seconds and give someone else their order?! My frozen coffee was not frozen!

Should be able to put a zero star for the mutt this place hired behind the counter. Shame on whoever owns this dump! How can you hire someone who doesn't want to work, and then if they have to...they are angry and have the biggest attitude???? Avoid like the plague!!!!

Refused me more than 3 packs of ketchup for two orders or hash browns and a coffee after I waited patiently for the tall guy to serve two other customers before I popped my request.Left disgusted and angry and didn’t even want to drink my coffee after that kind of rude and insulting service. Why be in a service industry when you don’t enjoy associating with people?MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT, coz I didn’t and I wish I knew his name. I was there on 4/27/23 at about 7:30pm.

Stopped in here at 727am on March 27th. The man behind the counter had a terrible attitude. He was very rude. Not to mention he was playing gangsta rap from him phone while serving customers. He clearly did not want to be at work. Avoid during the hours.

Don’t pay cash! The workers will steal your money and instantly distribute it to staff! We lined up at the “cash only” line, which they are not supposed to have, and then after we paid for the food they didn’t even enter them to the computer. Until we waited 15 mins, they just instantly went to make the wrong breakfasts (no proof cus they didn’t give receipt). Right now is 2/25 9:05am.
