I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I frequently visit for beverages and ice cream, but this time, I encountered a serious issue with the staff's hygiene practices.
While I was placing my order, the woman behind the counter was sneezing without covering her mouth, directly over the food items. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, she argued with me. I requested to speak to the manager, but when she arrived, her attitude suggested that I was in the wrong for raising my concerns.
It was clear that the staff member lacked basic customer service training and respect for health standards. This situation has left me truly upset, and I hope management addresses these issues to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.

Service has improved slightly . Staff was always nasty no matter how nice you were. Always acted as if you were bothering them. Always had loud Spanish music playing. Never wanted to sit and have a coffee because it was so loud. Orders are most always right and taste well. Staff seems less nasty and more willing to help but still look miserable. Also improvement on how long to go orders take to be ready. They used to take a longtime . Bathrooms are very clean

I was taken care of by Guadalupe today’s Friday, January 30, 2025! And I expressed to her how nice she was and how clean the girls keep the place it’s immaculate! It’s nice to hear nice things and that’s it!

Pretty nice location. Larger than others, with parking available in the front and the rear. Clean place, some seating, and decent service. Coffee was fresh. As was my doughnut. ♿️

I’m a local to this dunkin’, I come here just about every day and it’s great don’t get me wrong, in my experiences with the mobile ordering service my order is usually incorrect, takes way to long, was waiting in there for 50-80 minutes one time :/ The food is not bad i feel like when you eat it everyday for weeks straight it gets a little unappetizing but that’s my personal opinion. The workers there are great, always kind but there is usually some kind of language barrier. Other than that, great place, recommend coming here, always nice locals and a good atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: Great Baskin-Robbin’s , always seems like a kid-friendly option if nothing on the Dunkin’ menu catches your kid’s eye.

I just witnessed the workers point and laugh at a Youtuber on a live stream named Michele Marie Dalene, also her channel name and real name, shes a disabled Autistic whos deaf and blind and they kicked her out for simply being different, they pointed and laughed at her and made other excuses to why they want her out. They called the cops and kicked her out... simply disgusting... never once have i seen workers act this way, so you bully a old woman who wears elf ears? good one Dunken Donuts, this has been archived.

I went to buy a meal and was told I can not put what I want in my coffee mind you they had oat and almond but was told I can’t get either milk or cream was my option I feel like my skin had a lot to do with it cause a Spanish guy was able to do what he wanted to his coffee right after its crazy but that’s y I go to Starbucks
Always gets my order done wrong due to none of them speaking english, I would not recommend going there.

Stay away. Absolutely the worst most unmotivated employees. Borderline ignorant and this place is always out of ice cream flavors and cakes. Once you make the trip here they just smirk and say oh. I repeat stay away.

Please hire better workers because the cashier was super rude for a order she messed up and instead of fixing my drink she opened the cup In front of me and threw Carmel in the coffee and then close the lid and handed back to me and with a attitude on her face the whole time, honestly if you don’t like working with people get a better job and stop using your phone and pay attention to the customers order
