Eastend in Greenwich is a staple for me, conveniently just 12 minutes away. The team never misses. My signature order is the off-menu Billionaire cocktail paired with their exceptional spicy spaghetti lobster. Beyond the food and drinks, the energy shifts into a lively, upscale bar vibe after 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays. A consistently great experience.
Met a friend for dinner and initially asked for a high-top in the bar area. Within two minutes we requested to be moved — the music was extremely loud, on top of an already noisy bar crowd. Reading other reviews, it seems this has been a recurring complaint. Why isn't management addressing it? Once we moved to the dining room, everything improved. We were seated an hour after our reservation time - and only because we persistently asked when we would be seated. We were then rushed through dinner until we needed to pay- and then the waiter couldn't be found. Which would've been fine except we had a migraine from the unbelievably loud music. This is a see-and-be-seen place; great for the bar and strong cocktails. For same quality food, better service, and no migraines, go to sister restaurant, Sole, in new Canaan.
