This place looks super cute and the service was fast and friendly and I thought the prices were actually reasonable!
BUT I was highly disappointed in the food I got. I got the breakfast wrap with sweet potatoes in it. The sweet potatoes were cold, the egg was rubbery (like it had just been warmed and not cooked fresh) and the wrap as a whole was mediocre at best. I also got a latte that was fine - not great and not horrible.

Very juicy chicken — tender meat, well cooked, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing is dry; you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The bun was a pleasant surprise: soft, lightly toasted, doesn’t fall apart, and absorbs the sauce perfectly without becoming soggy. The sauce adds richness without overpowering the chicken. Everything is well balanced — it feels like a thoughtfully made, high-quality sandwich, not just fast food. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Starting with the good: Staff was attentive and friendly. 5/5 Customer Service. Now, everything else: For $21 I got a palm sized chicken sandwich dowsed in what seems like Canola oil and soggy fries with no flavor. I was starving and stopped here quickly for lunch at work. Took around 15-20 minutes to get my food for me to not finish it. For Greenwich this food is unacceptable.

Food ranged between mediocre to meh. chicken nuggets were overcooked, dried out, too crusty and too salty. French fries were soggy and spicy, which is odd because it was sold for kids. brussels sprouts and cauliflower were drowning in sauce, i had to drain the sauce out. and a fried chicken sandwich was overly breaded.
anyhow, would not recommend. also overpriced, which doesn’t help either.

The Thai chicken rice bowl here is an absolute thing of beauty - clean chicken, a bunch of fresh ingredients, everything always presented perfectly and super healthy. And CONSISTENT, so many lunch places struggle with this but FLOC has it nailed every single time. Chicken is very high quality. Very lucky to have them in the area.
Only way this could possibly be improved is adding option for Thai chilies.

Whenever I visit Greenwich, Connecticut, I must stop in FLOC for one of their amazing mocha lattes and their avocado toast with a sliced hard boiled egg…. Mmmmm!
