Very juicy chicken — tender meat, well cooked, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing is dry; you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The bun was a pleasant surprise: soft, lightly toasted, doesn’t fall apart, and absorbs the sauce perfectly without becoming soggy. The sauce adds richness without overpowering the chicken. Food ranged between mediocre to meh. chicken nuggets were overcooked, dried out, too crusty and too salty. French fries were soggy and spicy, which is odd because it was sold for kids. brussels sprouts and cauliflower were drowning in sauce, i had to drain the sauce out. and a fried chicken sandwich was overly breaded.

anyhow, would not recommend. also overpriced, which doesn’t help either.

The Thai chicken rice bowl here is an absolute thing of beauty - clean chicken, a bunch of fresh ingredients, everything always presented perfectly and super healthy. And CONSISTENT, so many lunch places struggle with this but FLOC has it nailed every single time. Chicken is very high quality. Very lucky to have them in the area.

Only way this could possibly be improved is adding option for Thai chilies.
