Literally had my money stolen from here... Ordered online and when I got there the place was already closing up. I asked for a refund since they said they had no food and they called up a manager saying that it was going to be settled. I waited a week and still no refund so I called them again and got the same response. It has now been around 3 weeks and I still have no refund from them. Would not recommend.Edit: Called them again and they took my number down and told me they would be in contact. Never heard from them again. Luckily, I contacted my bank and got a provisional credit from them. Seriously, do not go here.

PANGOA BOWL is the best ever!!!! everyone is very nice! they have given me a few samples of things when I have went in to try, but I always go back to the bowl, if you haven't tried it.... get on it!!

I would like to give 0 stars but since that is not an option i'm forced to give 1 star! I can't tell you how many times i called to place an order and was hung up on! After finally placing my order of 3 salads, 1 wrap and a smoothie (which took at least 15 minutes for the gentleman to write it down) i was forced to call back when after over an hour our order hadn't been delivered. May i add we're literally up the street. I hope the food is even worth the horrible experience!

I love Freshii. Their food is excellent. Know this!! -I have a business of my own and I just hired my new GM. This kid was a former employee. And after hearing her story I will never in my life eat at Freshii again! My wife and extended family included. Freshii should be ashamed!! I won't go in depth, for it is not my place. I'm sure Freshii will get their day in the spotlight to explain the horrific act they committed. And if you go bankrupt in that lawsuit, you will deserve it!! Because I know what I know, and whoever runs Freshii Charlotte- You people are monstrous! The acts you committed to this kid makes me sick to my stomach!
