It's a nice place if you're working and staying at the hospital. There are definitely better choices, but for a hospital café, it's good! They have new specials everyday as well. The first time I went, I got the apple and pecan salad which I enjoyed. The second time I tried the shrimp wrap they had as a special, sweet potato fries, and lemon meringue. The wrap was fine, although I wouldn't order it again. I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the lemon meringue though! They also carry Polar sparkling water which is the same type of water Trader Joes sells so that's awesome!

The Garden Cafe at Greenwich Hospital is a welcome respite from your busy day and a fabulous place to go while visiting Greenwich Hospital. The Cafe is light and spacious giving you the feeling of dining in a fine restaurant. The food and service are excellent, satisfying your appetite for fresh gourmet salads, delicious seafood and hamburgers🔠cooked to order. Sandwiches include your choice of Sweet Potato Fries, onion rings or a freshly made salad. Have breakfast 🳠with your children ordering buttermilk pancakes, omelettes or The Cafe's Quiché of the day. For lunch I recommend the Shrimp Salad Roll with chilled lemon 🋠and herbs on a garlic toasted wedge. Salads made of apples, pecans, Gorgonzola cheese with spinach in honey 🯠Dijon vinaigrette are absolutely delicious . Fresh brewed coffee â˜•ï¸ with muffins, bagels or scones begin the day at this stylish Cafe on the campus of Greenwich Hospital.

Hands down one of the greatest hidden gems in Greenwich. I know, the idea of a small cafe in a hospital being exceptional is probably crazy sounding, but every meal I've eaten there (and there were quite a few in the last year in conjunction with a loved ones radiation treatments) has been delicious! The staff is amazing, especially Michele, he's just wonderful. My go-to order is the spinach salad with fresh fruit and gorgonzola cut up into it, I almost always add Salmon. The whole thing is $11.50 and the portion is huge! Can't beat the quality and the price. If you have to be in the hospital for any reason, skip the cafeteria and go to the garden cafe. If you have no reason to be there, it's worth the trip for the food!

I love eating at the Garden Cafe! Everyday, new lunch special! Cheeseburgers are excellent! Breakfast is simple (eggs, bacon, toast, bagles, pastries, omelettes) but fresh, delish and all meals are reasonably priced!

Good food, professonal service and pleasant atmosphere. Menue has a nice variety. Always a mumber of fresh choices. Frequent nearly weekly with small group, very accomodating and friendly. Always feel welcome.

Excellent! My wife is having surgery here today and I went there for lunch. I had the smoked turkey with apples and cheddar and my friend had the scallops. Both were excellent and at pre-civil war prices!
if you ever find yourself at greenwich hospital visting or hopefully for a short stay check this place out for lunch They have a five star menu at a two prices the food here is not only much better then the regular Caffeteria but better then most lunch spots in Greenwich period. Parking at greenwich hospital is free so its almost worth the trip to the hospital for lunch. I never thought I would ever say that. check this place out great addision to a great hospital.
