Great spot to grab something quick to bite! Very annoyed with the morning service. It’s been 4 times I ordered a scrambled egg on a roll and I’ve found eggshells multiple times.

Grease is the word! Most of the menu has never seen a garden so I’m not sure why it’s in the name. And if you have dietary restrictions don’t bother asking about the ingredients because nobody there knows! That’s great for most patrons who don’t need (or care) to ask but for those of us, whose lives literally depend on it, you’re out of luck and they couldn’t care less.

Garden catering has excellent food & service. The website is a little confusing though. When I order a sandwich & they offer up other options, I never know if I’m ordering add-ons to the sandwich or “on the side” options.

My recent delivery order from Garden Catering was a letdown, especially given the steep $30 price for the boss special. This high cost set my expectations for a premium experience but the reality was far from it. The chicken nuggets were very good but not extraordinary, certainly not justifying the premium price.

The real disappointment was the sauce. Most of the sauce containers were only partially filled, and one container wasn't even half way filled (see attached photo). There simply wasn’t enough sauce to complement the food, which was frustrating given the price point.

To make matters worse, my email to their customer service "darya.mack" went unanswered. This lack of response suggested a disregard for customer satisfaction, which has prompted me to now leave this review. Considering you can get a lot more food and sauces at a lower price from most fast food joints - Garden Catering needs to improve service to justify their premium pricing.

Sandwiches are really good here, actually one of the best places anywhere to get a sandwich. I'm a foodie and love to cook.. I've béen in the restaurant biz most of my life, and still Love to bake and cook for myself and loved ones.
The turkey club wedge (grinder) was amazing!!! Seems to be roasted turkey breast done in-house. Grinder roll was really good too...
But not a fan of the Martin's rolls for their breakfast sandwiches, the sandwich got rather mushy, but it was still a really good breakfast sandwiche. I use Martin's rolls at home for Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Sandwiches, but I caramelize the roll in a hot pan first thus making that seal barrier against moisture.
My only complaint was that the service people were not attentive at all. I ordered my food ahead, got inside and they said it would be ready shortly. I waited 15 minutes and finally asked about my order, and then learned that its been sitting there for some time.
I know stuff happens, but I shouldn't have to be the one telling the service folks that my food is ready, they should be calling for me, especially since they knew I ordered ahead and was waiting.
