Been coming for a couple years and always great but lately lunch has been a train wreck and not the same atmosphere. Charlotte is a saving grace. It flows better when she is there and the days she has been gone it has had a different atmosphere. We miss her terribly. On a better note they have excellent catering and a fabulous sandwich menu! This place is a Greenwich gem. The gentlemen in the kitchen out do themselves when it comes to breakfast. A must try before or after lunch hours.

This place has really gone downhill. Half the shelves are empty. It’s quiet as a tomb. They don’t have enough staff to both serve food and run the register so they run back and forth. What items they do have on offer don’t look fresh. Yikes.

I cannot take any food establishment seriously that is using margarine as an ingredient in anything in 2024 when we know everything that we know about these fake byproducts. What next, Crisco? Olestra? Aspartame? Based on the communities you are located in, it's shocking to me that that demographic doesn't care more about what's in the food. To each her own, I guess.

Good Soup! I had a craving for soup. Walked in, saw the chicken gumbo and smiled. It was delicious! A new lunch time spot.

This brand like many others use blacks because they can pay them less, however, they are not really interested in black customers.Unbelievably like everyone else, their dissimilation of you are welcome fool some people.Very rude.

I called on the phone 30 mins prior to picking up order which wasn't ready yet but they still made other peoples order before mine. Cashier didn't even remind the cooks about my order. Once half of my lunch break was used up waiting for my food I asked if they had started my food if not I'd like a refund to which the cashier replied that refunds are only allowed in gift cards and not in my original form of payment.
