First it’s not real gelato though it does taste decent. I had chucks of ice like its was freezer burnt. Second, what’s up with the miserable older lady? It’s like I was a bother by coming in she had to come from the back and doing something. The few times I’ve been there only bc it’s down the street from me and I walk past there that old lady either hates her job, people or her life. If she was my employee she would have been long gone

I visited the ice cream shop today, and sadly, the service did not meet expectations. The employee who assisted me had a negative attitude and was quite rude, which made the overall experience unpleasant and unsatisfying

10 stars! Best gelato outside of Italy, it is as good. The sorbets are so light and delicious. The pistachio and hazelnut are the best. I couldn't believe how good the pistachio was and the very kind owner (who is from Italy) said that they bring the pistachio and hazelnut from Italy! No fake flavors, made fresh with local milk, this is the real deal. I love that there isn't too much sugar like other places and it is just right to let the flavor shine. So good I could eat it everyday, grateful for this local shop!

Their gelato is the absolute best I've ever had - creamy, flavorful, and with so many unique options to choose from. But their magic doesn't stop there! Their crostata is to die for - flaky, buttery crust with a delicious filling that's simply divine.
On top of the amazing treats, the owner is incredibly generous. They recently donated a crostata and ice cream vouchers to our blood drive, which was a huge hit and really helped boost participation. It's clear they care about the community!
Do yourself a favor and skip the ordinary ice cream. Head to Gelato & Cioccolato for an unforgettable experience. You won't regret it!
