Couldn't ask for a better evening dining here. Service was excellent and the food was great. The ambience was perfect. Even with a fire in the fireplace on a chilly evening.

Our evening was wonderful. Chicken Martini and the ravioli was out choices. Both were delicious. Very Kind, attentive and courteous service. When in the area, i would definitely re-visit.

This was our first time at George's and it won't be our last. The staff was so accommodating and personable. The drinks were amazing and the food was superb. We had a table by the fireplace which just sealed the deal.

Last weekend, I dreamed about a steak with mashed potatoes, so I chose this restaurant with a decent rating. It was completely empty, so I believed I would be a welcome guest at that point. A kind guy at the front door let me pick any table I wanted. But then the server approached me like we were at the funeral. She had an attitude, no greeting, no smiling. She brought me my filet mignon with garlic mashed potatoes, which were pretty delicious, with zero words and no knife for my steak. When I started cutting the steak, I realized that the table was completely unstable, causing a glass of water to spill on my steak. I was okay with that because the meat was really great, cooked to medium rare.
But the final boiling point when I realized that I should write this review was when I asked for the check and started putting cash in. The server just decided to stand right next to me and wait. So I left 20% of the tips and chose not to go to this restaurant anymore. There are many other places in the area where you will be treated as a long-awaited guest.

What a hidden gem! The steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor—easily one of the best I've had at this price point. The service was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuine. But the real surprise? The homemade limoncello and coconut pie—absolutely to die for! Do yourself a favor and order an extra slice to go. This place delivers incredible value, unforgettable flavors, and a dining experience that feels both special and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I have been here two times, so far, for a nice quiet lunch. Both times I completely enjoyed myself, the food was well prepared, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff are all attentive. The interior is a beautiful rustic, and there is plentiful parking in a lot. Hope to see them have their due!

We recently hosted an engagement party at George’s Steakhouse, and everything was absolutely perfect. The room was just the right setting. The food was delicious and exceeded all expectations, from appetizers to dessert.

A special thank you to Fiola, who coordinated everything with such grace. She was helpful, polite, and truly a pleasure to work with. The entire staff was exceptional—attentive, professional, and warm throughout the luncheon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend George’s for any special event!

A nice, relaxed place with a friendly staff. Good for a casual informal meal that is better than the typical chain restaurant.

When you dine at George's, Albino, Vicky and their staff make you feel like family! Excellent food, my favorite dinner - lobster tail (huge) and steak. Delicious desserts. Wonderful atmosphere! Our “go to” place for a special occasion or anytime!

Food and service was amazing. Celebrated early Father's Day Dinner, we enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back.

This was a very good find, it's actually in Byram, very close to Port Chester, but it was OK. That area is not as nice as Greenwich or Old Greenwich, but it is up and coming. The service was excellent, they were all very good. The restaurant is in an old house, quite charming actually! Food was good. The Branzino was great. The Steak had a great presentation, coming in a sizzling plate, but totally unseasoned. It didn't taste like a prime steak, but more like a choice steak. I think we'll come back, perhaps staying clear of the steaks, but trying their pasta and seafood. Bill was about $100 per person which is reasonable nowadays. Overall, the service was the best part! Kudos!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at George steakhouse in Greenwich , and from the very beginning, I knew it was going to be an exceptional experience. The elegant, thoughtfully designed atmosphere creates a sophisticated yet welcoming vibe—perfect for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The food was, without exaggeration, a true work of art. Every dish, from the appetizers to the dessert, was crafted with top-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They were always present without being intrusive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout the entire evening. Without a doubt, this restaurant not only meets but exceeds the expectations of a fine dining establishment. It's a place I will gladly return to and one I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a high-end culinary experience on Byram Greenwich
