Moved up from Jersey and was looking for a pizzeria that felt like home and Glenville was just that spot. The guys are welcoming and they give you that feeling of the old style Italian pizzerias from days past.

So the positive is-My order was done in a timely fashion, the serving was a good size and the flavor was pretty good.The negative is-the order could have been packaged more securely because it was just in a bag and not sealed. My steak and cheese wedge was REALLY toasted dark, with the edges of the bread charred and it was unusually greasy. Not sure if I’d be in a rush to go back, maybe I just got them on an off day?Because my order was through a delivery app I can’t rate on atmosphere

Sorry I initially wrote the wrong review. I mistakenly wrote a review about Glenville Deli being terrible. Glenville pizza is amazing !Again I apologize. When I typed Glenville Deli into google, I clicked on Glenville Pizza instead of Glenville Deli. You guys are the best pizza place all of CT . There is no better. You will continue to get my business for as long as I live in Greenwich !

Disappointing Place was incredibly busy, so thought it would be unfair to review but my son made an excellent point: It's totally fair to judge a place when they are busiest and most people are going. We waited over 20 minutes for six slices of pizza. Was overcharged, as my six slices (4 regular 2 specialty) of pizza and three sodas came to $38. I like a well-done slice but the crust was charcoal and though it was overcooked, when it was served to us, it was lukewarm. If I find myself in the neighborhood I'll give them another shot but I will definitely call ahead to order. Avoid trying to dine in on a Friday night.
