I had a weird experience here. I only eat at 100% gluten free establishments due to my celiac/severe allergies, so finding this store on the findmegf app was exciting. I always ask a couple questions about the food when I go to a new establishment, for my safety with allergies. I looked around at the options and asked the employee if everything in the store is wheat free, to which she responded “what is wheat?” I told her wheat is gluten and she didn’t understand what I was saying, so I immediately felt unsafe eating here because the employee didn’t know what a basic allergen was. I left without buying anything.

I’ve always been pretty happy with the food from Green and Tonic but I recently purchased a large Kale and White bean soup and I think it had 5 beans in total. It was predominantly broth. Not to mention it was also so incredibly salty. Very disappointing. This review is purely based on this one item which I would not order again.
Absolutely love the almond butter bars, don’t remember the exact name unfortunately if you could help me identify them, can’t get them anywhere else but they’re the best thing on earth. Great place to stock up on fairly healthy food if you’re an active –on the go– person; saves the meal prep. Live a bit far to come regularly, it is a very lovely breakfast spot nonetheless with low traffic every time I’ve gone. Highly recommend :)

employees look like they’d rather be anywhere else. such a buzz kill interacting with them. finish a task go right back to their phones
This place is terrible, the staff is friendly but the owner deserves nobodies money!! This place isn't even vegan anymore and the gluten free is a lie and they treat their staff terribly

Lovely latte and the lady working behind the counter was so nice! Would def come back for more vegan treats
The food is really tasty and they have a lot of pre-prepared options. I love that I can eat and if I have time or just take one of their delicious pots of chia or salad when I don't have time. I went today and was greeted by Mario who opened up the store early in the morning with a smile and a really calm but happy energy. He took orders quickly and went the extra mile to help me carry some things. I have come a lot but I never wrote a review until today that I'm just so grateful for Mario

I frequent several of the locations regularly. Great options for those that are gluten free and dairy free. My favorites are the Dubai Chocolate Latte, their teas, and baked goods.

Pretty little place! Great for breakfast or lunch. Many vegan options and a really tasty chicken salad. I have liked everything I have ever tried, and I've been many times.
We picked up food to go while heading out of town and had two smoothies which were both good. Later had the kale salad and the kale chicken wrap, both of which were excellent. The to go food is clearly allergen labeled.

Something for everyone. Perfect place to take a friend or family. Put it this way. Green & Tonic gift cards will forever be on my grownup Christmas list. Highly recommend matcha latte with b12

Great gluten and dairy free grab and go smoothies, salad, wraps, and pastries. I was too eager to eat everything that I didn’t take a photo. Very tasty!

Good food ruined by rude staff. I also like their coffee but will go to Starbucks instead where customer service is great.
Vegetarian options: Options are good.
