This location is pretty bad. I've been here a dozen times and won't be back. The service is poor and the coffee itself is never right. I've had similar experiences at the Westchester mall location as well. Sad because the coffee is quite good

I stopped into this coffee shop for the first time and had such a great experience. Anna provided excellent, attentive service, and Mimi went above and beyond with her attention to detail of orderliness throughout the store, knowledge of the menu, and friendly conversation. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of what they serve - I’ll definitely be back! 😊

I really enjoy gregory’s. It is always clean and the product speaks for itself. Very good tea and I love the chocolate chip cookies warmed up. Big space with ample area to hang and do work. Would come back to any Gregory location. Love it.

So I gotta say the coffee here is delicious and for the price it’s not bad. I would only recommend you get coffee at Gregory’s because the food is terrible and not once but twice my order has come out wrong. The bread taste stale, the bacon is undercooked, and the egg taste terrible, also my cheese was missing in the picture provided. 5 stars for the coffee and ambiance. 1 star for the food.
ATTITUDE! I asked the employee to add sugar to my iced coffee since it doesn’t dissolve well otherwise, and she rudely said “just no” without explanation, then ignored me and helped someone else. Another staff member stepped in, but the whole situation was uncomfortable and embarrassing. If you don't like people then you shouldn't work in hospitality!!!
