Hi I am following up on a review I left a few hours ago, on a new email because your only allowed to review once. This is more so a reply to your reply to my first review. First I want you to know I am not doing this to tear down your buisness my wife and I have been coming for years now and the food is awsome. But a month or so back when my wife came home complaining about your attitude I didn’t belive it until reading other reviews. Do not expect to see me or my wife here anytime soon after your attitude with her. Again not trying to tear down business more give you advice to treat your customers a little better. I’m sure your very confused why your getting the same review from multiple emails so I’ll go over it simple I wrote a review a few hours ago about a experience my wife had a month ago and you replied denying it I was unable to reply to your reply so I went on this email to follow up about the whole situation. Thank you

Prefacing this by saying that I have never given a poor review, YET, first time for everything. GVILLE Used to be consistently solid and convenient. New mgmt leaves alot to be desired here. Hands down rudest cashier/ manager. Gave them multiple times to do better. It's a shame. They could care less if they screw up your order too. Plenty of other solid options in this area. Will never go back.

I know my name might bring some uncreditable sense along but I love this deli but over time I’ve felt as if this place has fallen from its point of grace, I can’t bring myself to fi

Delish, fresh food. My favorite spot for a chicken Cesar wrap. Delicious fries also and easy parking and great delivery.

Extremely rude and disrespectful employees. Not shocking they have signs like this displayed throughout the place. Also, expect a long wait for your order.

A sandwich shop SO GOOD THAT I’d actually consider moving up to Glenville from TN to live. ? Seriously, we pulled off the highway because we needed gas and we were starving. The sweet young man at the full service Sunoco gas station next to the deli recommended G’ville Deli. Amazing sandwiches, at a ridiculously low price: we got the Citizen - chicken filet sandwich with a perfectly fried crust and meat so tender it was like cutting through butter, bacon, some sort of magic sauce, and I can’t remember everything on it… (I wish I had written this review while it was fresh on my mind, but the experience was so good that days later, I still feel compelled to write a review about it). My husband got the roast beef specialty sandwich. He says the sandwich had a little bit of a peppery kick to it, but not bad. We both enjoyed our meals tremendously. Portions are HUGE, and we got the “rolls”, which are the “small” sandwiches. We could easily have split a sandwich and still walked away stuffed. If you’re in or near Glenville, you’ve got to try it!

This place is really bad with allergen cross contamination. If you have dietary restrictions you should eat somewhere else.

Working locally, I went there twice. first time I ordered an Italian combo on a wrap, 13.00 and there was hardly any meat. Thought let me try again, today I ordered a cheese steak on a roll. 9.00 and it had 1/2 meat and this time I included a picture. This place is criminally expensive, and they skimp on the ingredients. I would not recommend them at all.

Cool little no frills spot, did a little stop along during work for breakfast, had pancakes with blueberry for the first time, not a berry fan so I had to eat around them but the pancakes really rubbed the spot next time go for plane or chocolate chips. Also had a side of bacon done just right.

Food was great but guy at cash register is trying to pull a fast one and charging what he pleases. Had a long weekend and didn’t want to make a fuss about it after already leaving the place but my girlfriend and I sandwiches were $10 a piece and she got a bag of chips and he literally just threw a number out there of $35. Should have had my radar up when he got defensive about giving the group of young girls before us a receipt after they asked. May have gotten over on us but I will never return and make sure people know not to go there when looking for quality convenient food in greenwhich. Having worked in restaurants pretty much my whole life until recently customer dishonesty is one of the lowest things you can do. Such a shame.
