I keep trying and wonder why I go back. There is a female manager that is incredibly rude to customers. Four women were sitting at a table by the door, minding their own business, chatting and drinking. The manager told them they overstayed their welcome. This is a small place, no one was waiting and they were not disturbing anyone. I heard one woman say, "did she just tell us to leave?" I was at the counter paying and the rude manager said to the man behind the counter, "what else can I do? they have been here for hours!" The man said they ate and were chatting. They also allow dogs off leash and non service dogs,,,against the law and disgusting. never going back

I have been coming to Happiness Is for years. I work from home in the area, and Happiness Is is a great local place for lunch. I walk there from my house at least 2 to 3 times a month. I am a huge fan of their Thursday chicken and spinach quesadillas. I also very much enjoy their sandwiches, particularly the Norbadeer and the Caprese. The baked goods are yummy too. I have had the brownie and the chocolate croissant- both were good. The food is delicious and fresh, and the prices are reasonable for the area. There have been a few surly employees over the years, including a guy who insisted he had given me sour cream with my quesadilla when he definitely gave me salad dressing. Those occasions have been rare, though, and I generally have had pleasant experiences with the staff.

Anna was so awesome to work with for catering an event I had with just two weeks notice. We had a mixed crowd with many young, hungry people and everyone raved about the cheeseburgers, shrimp, the grilled cheese adn desserts etc....there wasn't thing left! So helpful, so professional and they delivered everything on time with exact directions for my event staff to follow. Thank you for be so creative and reliable at the same time!
Not a good day for me...sandwiches weren't ready and I had guests at 12 with lunch at 12:30. Disappointed with sandwiches...sloppily made, lettuce was badly wilted and disappointed in BLTs which were more like a LOT of piled on chicken with a little bacon and two small tomato slices. Will not do sandwiches again but the strawberry salad saved the lunch after I bought another quart of strawberries and all LOVED it. Cannot win them all but I keep trying.

Lots of tasty tidbits (and essentials) at this super cute market/cafe. Four tables and a couple of benches to eat in. They serve breakfast and lunch with mainly pre-packaged breakfast items, probably made elsewhere. My breakfast sandwich was excellent.
