I bought brownies and a fruit tart. The brownies tasted of soap/cleaner which was revolting. The one bite I took left an after taste. I had to throw them both out and for $6 a piece I was more than just disgusted. There was no way I was letting my children eat them. The tart was ok. I also got a coffee which was incredible weak. I will never go back. I had already driven away but if not I would have asked for a refund. It was a terrible.

We stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and we're lucky enough to sit in their small eating area and enjoy a pana cotta and some other baked goods we took home. Initially I wanted some gelato but after seeing the baked goods I switched. They have lots of options and the next time in the area we will go back for dessert, maybe gelato.

It’s our go-to spot on Greenwich Avenue when we want to treat ourselves to something sweet.My mom tends to get her gelato on a cone, while I prefer a cup. The smallest cup size at La Fenice comes with one scoop, while the smallest cone size comes with two scoops. One the most recent day that we went, both of us just wanted one scoop, so we asked if it was possible to put only one scoop on the cone, and the other in the cup. The person working there didn’t hesitate and made us very happy customers. We were already huge fans of the gelato, but now we are equally as impressed by the service.

Phenomenon gelato! Great service, friendly lady at the counter. Their gelato is fresh, made in house, and almost as good as I had in Italy!!! Tried the tiramisu (delicious!), Oreo (incredible!), dark chocolate (rich flavor!), hazelnut (sooo good!!!!!!), coffee (subtle and so good!), hazelnut/chocolate (soooooo amazing!!!). Great options and truly delicious! Highly recommend this place! Also had a cappuccino which was delicious and just like I had in Italy!

While the single woman behind the counter wasn't overly friendly, she was attentive and efficient. There are a few tables and seating, and a bathroom. The turkey, provolone, and arugula on crusty bread is delicious. Key lime pie looks small but is quite filling. Hope to be back to try the gelato!
Best spot to spend your mornings in Greenwich. Great coffee and treats!
