Food is good but would like to convey a concerning experience with regards to a delivery order that took over two hours. After ordering, Grubhub called to say the restaurant was removing the duck from my order, which is fine. However after the restaurant provided delivery window had passed I called the restaurant and could not get someone on the phone.I called back and was able to get someone who assured me all orders were out for delivery. Over thirty minutes later I call and they inform me they were mistaken and my order had not left at that point but now was on its way. Eventually I get my order but at that point it is two hours after ordering.

worst chinese food I have ever had. horrible food and an even more horrible staff. even thinking about it now makes me feel sick. i highly recommend going to china king instead which is only about 5 mins away. they offer amazing food (and don’t over price it)and the staff is so great and kind. I order from there at least once a week! makes me laugh the owner of “chigo” (stupid name btw) put all this money into this place just to be thrown out of the water by a hole in the wall?yikes!

Incredible food. I've eaten homemade Chinese food my whole life and I've never found a Chinese restaurant that comes anywhere near the taste until I found Chigo. I ordered the sesame chicken lunch and the outside was crunchy while the inside was juicy with very little oil. The broccoli on the side was cleanly steamed and crunchy without any overpowering sauce.
Vegetarian options: Its a Chinese restaurant, eat your vegetables.
Parking: Tons of parking
Wheelchair accessibility: They had a ramp for the front door with railing
Dietary restrictions: I didn't have any dietary restrictions but the waiter asked me if I had any so they will probably accommodate you.

The crab rangoon is like a chip in a bag of lays you can eat one you have to order like 30 of them. So delicious!!! Took my wife as she's been asking me to go there multipile times and best believe we will be back! :)

Food is FANTASTIC.The restaurant is a little dark and although it is clean , it had a musty smell.Very courteous staff, a little expensive but worth the trip.It seems a lot of their business is take out & delivery.Has a limited menu, but everything I am told is farm to table. All locally sourced & fresh every day, and it's organic.Definitely will be returning.
Parking: Very open & easy access and exit onto Rt9.

Couldn’t wait to take a picture with the meal fully but Beef Bao buns with beef steamed dumplings are the best ?? in love with this scrumptious meal ! Literally my favorite !! Can’t wait to they bring back the full Peking duck

The owner is very rude and does not know how to run a business and apparently doesn’t know what chinese food is because this IS NOT chinese foodIn response of the owner. When trying to accommodate a costumer it’s best not to start off by calling them a liar. However, thank you for proving my review to be true. Good luck to your business, with that attitude you need it. I would like to happily decline your offer, I enjoy chinese food not whatever you call this.

Owner and manager was so helpful with servicing me and my family. I forgot my wallet and they even gave me the appetizer as a gift on them. The duck was to die for. Recommend this to all of my friends.

Was recommended by a friend to try Chigo. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone and recommended a lot of good choices. Delivery was fast. Definitely ordering from here again!!
We've had take-out quite a few times and it's always been great. It had been a while, we got a lot of food for a birthday celebration. They overcharged us and the food was hit and miss, some of it was good but the Soup Dumplings tasted like a mouthful of vinegar and the General Tso's chicken was not edible. We called, the person we spoke with was super defensive?! But finally said they'd credit us. They did not, they charges us again, a lesser amount, no credit. Three phone calls back to them and they said it was taken care of. Still hasn't been credited, huge headache. We had to call credit card company. Will NEVER eat here again, rude, dishonest and the food was disappointing.

Just came in to pick up food, I'm a daily here and I love the staff and I don't feel an ounce of racism anytime I'm at Chigo. It's a very diverse restaurant, obviously the comments below are completely false. Truly appreciate the people that work here!! And the real customers know how well they treat us!

Just had dinner here. The food was outstanding! Fresh and so very tasty. I highly recommend the pork bao buns and tangerine beef. Service was quick and friendly. Well be back and likely get regular takeout as well.

Initially we had great food and service. More recently…. The last FOUR orders. Items were missing, not available- after accepting our order and telling us they were available - and delivery was much later than initially quoted. Really disappointing. 2 people got their dinners, 2 got nothing. Not how dinner is supposed to be. I love their food but don’t think I can do this again. We never got credit for missing items either.
